Day Two of the APEC summit: The Russian and US presidents approved a joint statement on Syria. They discussed the issue on the sidelines of the summit.
The joint statement was prepared beforehand by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his US counterpart, Rex Tillerson earlier on Saturday.
