Dozens of ultra-Orthodox Jews from a radical sect blocked roads in Jerusalem again on Sunday bringing traffic to a standstill. The protest was the latest by the Peleg Yerushalmi group after some of its members were arrested after refusing to perform compulsory military service. Police were seen making arrests as protesters engaged in shouting matches with passers by.
