A powerful explosion hit a building in Jaffa, southern Tel Aviv, on Monday, leading to its partial collapse after being engulfed in flames.
Early footage shows the building and surrounding cars aflame. The cause behind the explosion is still unknown, and it is unclear whether there are any casualties.
