These frequencies are so strong, so palpable, that I am always amazed when someone can’t feel them. It is so easy to attune to them I think maybe people try to hard and get in the way of allowing themselves to feel them.
There is no technique and you do not have to summon them from the ethers, it is just a matter of tuning into them for the first time. And once you do, you will be able to access them anytime you want. I do know that if you can feel them, even if they are subtle in the beginning, the more you bring them into your awareness, practice with them, the stronger they will become. And no, you don’t need to be trained to feel them for yourself.
