13 dead, 2 missing after boat & oil tanker collide off South Korea

At least 13 people were killed when a fishing boat capsized after colliding with a refuelling vessel off the port city of Incheon, Sunday. Two people are reportedly missing, while seven were rescued and taken to hospital for treatment. The Korean coastguard said 22 people were on board the fishing vessel at the time of the incident.
