Honduras Clashes: Violent protests sweeping country over alleged election fraud

Violent mass protests are continuing in Honduras over allegations the presidential election was rigged, despite the authorities agreeing to a partial recount of the vote.

Tens of thousands of people were out in force to give their backing to the opposition candidate Salvador Nasralla.
Around 1,000 ballot papers are being reviewed, but Nasralla says he will not recognize the result unless a much broader recount is held. Current president Juan Orlando Hernandez snatched a late victory in the vote.
