An emergency session of the UN Security Council has been held over Washington’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. During the meeting of the 15 members, 14 were united against the US.
However, the US envoy to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, attacked the UN itself, accusing the global body of being biased against Israel.
RT spoke to Bolivia’s Ambassador to the UN Sacha Llorenti, who feels the decision on Jerusalem falls into a larger pattern of behaviour by Washington.
