Thank you so much for your very kind words. They melt my heart. Truly appreciated!

I have happy news: The Thomas Fire in California turned a corner today and there are huge sighs of relief all around. It’s still burning ferociously, but now the Firefighters are doing controlled burns in many of the canyons to save the houses and towns and it’s working. The Firefighters are getting a handle on it and that totally rocks. The helicopters and planes have been flying all day from early morning until darkness and it’s working.

There is a lightness in the air. I saw Blue Skies from my little deck over the Pacific late this afternoon. Thrilling! And there were some lovely ocean breezes that you could actually take your mask off and enjoy for just a little bit before the smoke clouds from the West took over. People are returning to their homes, under mounds of ash, but they’re home.

We’re not out of the woods yet (LOL) but getting there. 231,700 Acres, 20% contained. Yay. That’s the right direction.

One of the most beautiful lessons I learned in the 12-Steps is that you help yourself when you help someone else. Not that helping someone in order to help yourself is the intention. But by helping, by volunteering, by doing what you can, by giving of yourself to others, by remaining calm for those who might be scared or stressed or a little hysterical, feels so GREAT! 

All the years of praying, meditating and working on the inner really pays off. I’m here to tell you. When you’re tested and you can remain calm, it feels GREAT! “If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs…..” This is the role of lightworkers. There may be some crazy days ahead but we’re here to anchor peace. To remain calm. To point out the good in everything. To bless everything. As St. Germain put it, “To write LOVE on everything! The sky. The water. People. Animals…” And we can do it. I’m witnessing it in California.

So thank you, CH, but you give me too much credit. There are tens of thousands of us here in California sending peace and light. And no worries, it doesn’t matter that we didn’t RV yet. We will soon enough. Meanwhile, everyone does what they can and that’s more than enough! It’s Spirit in the flesh.

Dear Kat,

Thank you for your Reports from the fires in California. I wish more could be done to help you and all those stranded there.

You are amazing with your burning Light in the middle of all that inferno, but then as you said, we are the strong inextinguishable divine sparks.

Please know that you are not alone in your plight, though how easier it would have been to help you, others and the forests had we had means by now……
