Many of the weapons used by ISIS comes from the coalition forces. The Air-force is going to blackout the GPS signal in the western part of the US, is this in preparation for something bigger.

As a young boy, William Tompkins’s photographic memory nearly landed him in hot water with the Navy when they found his publicly displayed models of Navy ships included specifications that were top secret.
