Hundreds of pro-Kurdish protesters marched through Haringey, North London, on Sunday to protest against the Turkish military operation in Syria’s Afrin. The protest led to clashes after people reportedly identified as Turkish nationalists engaged with the demonstrators. The police detained several people before the protest ended in Wood Green.
