A scathingly worded new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that within hours of General John Hyten, Commander of the US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), outrageously claiming that Russia is “the only existential threat to the country right now”, and reports emerging that the United States is preparing its European allies to begin nuclear strikes on Russia—President Putin spoke to the entire nation warning that if attacked with nuclear weapons, Russia would not hesitate to respond in kind—with his further warning that he would, also, regard nuclear attacks on the nation’s allies as an attack on Russia, too—with his grimly detailing Russia’s ability to reduce America to nuclear ashes with its invincible new hypersonic nuclear armed Sarmat ICBM—and his replying to Washington ignoring Moscow’s previous warnings by stating: “You will listen to us now!” [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
President Vladimir Putin reveals his nations goals vs. America: “Russians have different far lofty ambitions; more of a spiritual kind. It’s more about your relationship with God.” According to this report, being kept from the American people by their propaganda mainstream media organs is the fact that Russia poses no “existential threat” to the United States whatsoever—with the greatest dangers threatening the United States being those of its own making—and as stunningly detailed last year in a Pentagon study that declared “the American empire is collapsing”—and whose analysis of warned: An extraordinary new Pentagon study has concluded that the U.S.-backed international order established after World War 2 is “fraying” and may even be “collapsing”, leading the United States to lose its position of “primacy” in world affairs. The solution proposed to protect U.S. power in this new “post-primacy” environment is, however, more of the same: more surveillance, more propaganda (“strategic manipulation of perceptions”) and more military expansionism.The document concludes that the world has entered a fundamentally new phase of transformation in which U.S. power is in decline, international order is unraveling, and the authority of governments everywhere is crumbling. Having lost its past status of “pre-eminence”, the U.S. now inhabits a dangerous, unpredictable “post-primacy” world, whose defining feature is “resistance to authority”.
