Horrific incident happened during the military Combat Steel Festival in St. Petersburg. Organizers gave people opportunity to climb on military vehicles and ride the T-60 tank. Reportedly, seven people sat on top of the vehicle. Three of them, including two children, fell down and got injured as the tank was travelling over an embankment. One man hit the caterpillar tracks, but fortunately survived, breaking only his ankle.
