Several thousand people are out protesting in the capital of the south Caucasus country of Georgia, following overnight anti-drugs raids on two clubs. The Georgian Interior Ministry says 8 suspected dealers were arrested. But the demonstrators say officers used excessive force and that their operation was a ‘deliberate provocation’. The protesters are now calling for both the Prime Minister and the Interior Minister to quit.
