Diplomatic efforts to save the Iran nuclear deal are in full swing with European and Iranian diplomats making enthusiastic noises. EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini said on Monday that the union is taking a number of measures to protect home companies from financial losses. After US President Donald Trump reneged on the Iran deal, he threatened sanctions against firms that work with Tehran.
