Hong Kong, that is. Two different sources have told me that things have finely started in HK. At an 8-hour meeting between the banks and the monetary funders on Wednesday, the GCR/RV was given the go ahead. This is seemingly the go ahead we’ve been waiting for. Should things go as planned, we should see Reno active by the beginning of next week. Tier 4 would shortly follow.

If I were knew to this, I would probably get very excited. But years of waiting tells me to wait and see.
