The rain can be quite annoying. It makes us sad and can sometimes ruin very marked days. In fact, it is not a coincidence that there are companies that charge to make sure that it will not rain on your wedding day. But if there is something worse than rain is the lack of it, and that is why more and more countries are investing money in the planting of clouds and artificial rain.
