Militants were seen being fired upon after launching a rocket attack in the direction of Kabul’s presidential palace on Tuesday, in aerial footage released by the government press office on Wednesday.
The attack was carried out as President Ashraf Ghani delivered a speech to mark the beginning of the Eid al-Adha holiday.
