The CIA documents on the Alien Technology of the C.A.R.E.T. Project

Some documents circulated on the Internet have been made public on a very advanced technology which, presumably, is alien technology . These documents are related to the CARET Project, and have been published on the official website of the CIA, although to see them, it is necessary to fill out a FORM or questionnaire.
The issue of the famous CARET Project dates back to 11 May 2007 when a radio station broadcasting the Coast-to-Coast program received an e-mail with photographs of a flying object in a town in Santa Cruz County (California). Identified as flying over some areas of California. The man who sent the e-mail did not want to reveal his true identity, so he proclaimed himself Chat. He was really awake because he had seen that object several times over his house. His condition was desperate because the ship was something totally strange.
