Heavy rain caused floods and landslides in the village of Ovaro and its surroundings in the North-East region of Friuli Venezia-Giulia on Sunday.
The village of Ovaro had to be evacuated, as well as the nearby villages of Forni Avoltri and Sauris with the local government calling the Civil Protection to help to cope with the damage.
