Louisa reminds us that with the events in D.C. that are happening today with regard to testimony regarding the Clinton Foundation crimes, people need to focus on Unity and cooperate together, and allow the Authorities to use due process, rather than react violently or in a manner that will not serve our highest good. Scott reminds us of the Lords Prayer and helps us understand its meaning. Scott emphasized refraining from using negative though forms such as self-doubt or feelings of unworthiness, or words that can result in changes to our DNA through all the nanotechnology in our bodies and to ‘cleanse our thoughts” for our own health, not just our bodies. And most importantly Scott reminds us of the necessity and responsibility we all have to take care of and nourish our souls. The overall message is to take personal responsibility not only for what you put in your body, but also what also, what you put in your mind and soul.
