In5D FB LIve – Diet – Lost 8.8 Lbs in 4 days – NEW ZOOM Videos Coming, Looking For Show Hosts

It’s that time of the year to work off our holiday indulgences, so I started dieting 4 days ago and have lost 8.8 pounds (4 Kg).

For the first two weeks, I’m basically on a protein diet. Eggs for breakfast, a burger for lunch (don’t judge!) and chicken for dinner (don’t judge!).

After that, I’ll go to a low staurated fat diet for a couple weeks. What I do is I try to keep my total saturated fat intake to 10g or less per day. A typical day’s meals include oatmeal for breakfast (0 g saturated fat), a “Lean Cuisine” type of lunch (1-2g saturated fat) and a regular dinner, which could be anything under 8-9g of saturated fat.

I walk an hour every day and just started lifting weights again as of today.
