Thousands of Ethiopian-Israelis protested in Tel Aviv against police brutality after an officer killed an Ethiopian man two weeks ago.
The protest was mostly peaceful, but by nightfall it became violent as dozens of demonstrators clashed with Israeli forces.
Police said six officers were lightly injured and 11 protesters were arrested.
