Belinda woke up one day, about 5 years ago, to find that she couldn’t move her neck, and she was in excruciating pain. Doctors diagnosed her with spinal canal stenosis, and the prognosis involved further degeneration, at best. Belinda eventually found Dr. Joe’s books, attended a couple of Week Long Retreats, and began meditating every day. She had a profound healing experience participating as a healee in one of the Coherence Healing sessions. But Belinda didn’t fully heal until she really began focusing on her neck at home in her daily meditations (Tuning Into New Potentials). Subsequent scans show no signs of the stenosis.
