At 70 years old, Nuran lost her elder sister, along with her dream of spending her “silver years” together with her sister. She began to spiral into depression, but one day made a firm intention to change her outlook. Nuran read Dr. Joe’s book, You Are the Placebo, and then she watched the online Progressive workshop, over and over again. She began meditating every day…and taking charge of her physical and emotional well-being.
