Teresa’s Testimonial
Desde muy temprana edad Teresa tuvo problemas con el alcohol, en varias ocaciones ella trato de dejarlo usando diferentes formas de apoyo y aunque lograba dejarlo por un tiempo, al final nunca terminaba contenta con ella misma. Ella leyó el libro “Deja de ser tu” y ahi mismo comenzó a practicar constantemente las meditaciones y después de un año y tres meses no ha vuelto a tomar y lo mejor es que se siente muy feliz con ella misma. Ella tambien uso las meditaciones para mejorarse de unas hernias que tenia en la columna vertebral.
Since a young age Teresa had alcohol problems. She tried to quit many times through different support groups. Even though she was able to stop it, she still didn’t feel happy with herself. She read the book ” Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” and immediately she began practicing the meditations every day. Now after a year and 3 months Teresa has been completely sober. Bonus: she used the meditations to heal from a herniated disks.
