Harbin, the capital city of Heilongjiang Province in northeastern China, has seen a rapid increase of CCP virus patients.
According to Chinese state media, Harbin authorities ordered all communities to forbid entry to all outside individuals and vehicles. Many believe these measures mirror the city-wide lockdown imposed on Wuhan three months before.
The following is a video collection from four different locations in Harbin.

Man in the background: There are more than 30 ambulances here. Previously, several ambulances arrived and left.
Man in the background: A patient was carried onto the ambulance. They are leaving now.

Woman in the background: I am in the middle of a mental breakdown. Police cars arrived in the morning, and now there are so many medics here.
