Trump Declares “Unprecedented Emergency” As Chinese Leaders Told To Be Ready For War With America

A forewarning-centric new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today discussing defensive military actions needing to be considered as the “Coronavirus Pandemic War” spins ever more dangerously out of control, notes that after former top White House trade negotiator Clete Willems grimly assessed the current state US-China relations yesterday with the words: “I know people get uncomfortable with the terminology, but I do think we have to be honest and call this what it is and this is the start of a new Cold War and if we’re not careful, things could get much, much worse”, Communist China announced it was set to unveil its new nuclear stealth bomber that could reach Los Angeles—an announcement followed by the grave revelation of a report that was presented by Chinese intelligence to their nation’s top leaders warning that they needed to be prepared for an armed confrontation with the United States—that itself came 72-hours after President Donald Trump ordered his Department of Agriculture to declare an “Unprecedented Emergency” as meat processing plants in the US began closing due to the coronavirus causing “Dangerously Close” shortages—and are shortages that have now caused meat to be rationed throughout all America. 

Is an “Unprecedented Emergency” countered by President Trump with his signing of the “Executive Order on Delegating Authority Under the DPA with Respect to Food Supply Chain Resources During the National Emergency Caused by the Outbreak of COVID-19” ordering all meat processing plants in the US to remain open—which shouldn’t be hard at all to do as US meat processing workers testing positive for the coronavirus are all proving to be asymptomatic—but are losing their jobs anyway—not because there is a meat shortage in the US, but due to the fact that because the coronavirus has closed all restaurants and schools in America, there aren’t enough buyers for the meat being produced—a reality facing the produce, dairy and seafood producers in America, too—and is why President Trump has just ordered his government to purchase $470-million of their excess food supply,

Which makes it “logically unexplainable” why meat prices in the US are exploding and it’s being rationed at all—an explosion in price for meat only for US buyers, as the price for meat paid to US ranchers is actually lower in 2020 than it was in 2018—a critical 2018 year to note as it was when the US reported that it had over 2.5-Billion Pounds of meat stored in their nation’s vast and massive underground freezer facilities—such as Arkansas-based Zero Mountain Inc. that has 140-million cubic feet of capacity across nine US States where it holds around 250-million pounds of frozen meat products on any given day—none of whom in this crisis have released to the American people a single pound of the billions-of-pounds of meat they have stored—that is “logically explainable” when one notes that this is exactly what happens when any nation prepares itself for war—they hoard their most vital food supplies…
