On June 30, the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) rubber-stamp legislature voted to pass the Hong Kong version of National Security Law regardless of international opposition. In response, many democratic countries have severely condemned the CCP for breaking its promises and have introduced various policies to sanction the Chinese regime while taking concrete actions to support the people of Hong Kong.
