“Water levels have risen to the top of the Yangtze River. Flooding has led to mudslides and other disasters.
Landslides have occurred in Huanggang, Hubei province, and Tongren, Guizhou province, causing many losses.
On July 8 around midnight, while villagers slept, Huanggang was hit with a torrential rainfall that leads to a waist-deep flood where even houses were washed away.”
