On July 24, residents of Tuanjie Village in Harbin City revealed to China Forbidden News that two days ago Harbin City received heavy torrential rain and hailstones, damaging agricultural crops and houses. A resident even died after being hit by hailstones. However, the local government has not yet showed any concern and this news was only spread on the internet. No media has reported on it.
