Walmart throughout California has been doing that; lock everything except few items. It’s very inconvenient for regular honest customers ’cause you have to press the button to buzz the sales person and wait there for a while esp at Walgreens until the sales person comes to open the locked sliding glass door cabinet then you will tell the sales person what you want to buy either she/he will get it for you or the sales person will let you get the item yourself.
