Here’s another way of looking at bipartisan legislation and seeing you’re watching World History and Special Operation taking place.

Origin matters. It’s important to know how Legislation and the tiers of Orders and how they function.

The War Powers Resolution Act, December 20, 2019, which is 50 United States Codes §1541 to §1550.

§ = Section.

Executive Documents, 2021 Memo, tells the Secretary of Defense to adhere / abide / uphold / enforce to the authority and the functions vested in the President of Section §1550.

The President of Section 1550 is Donald John Trump.

The only person who can Federalize Reserves and National Guard to Active-Duty is the President = 10 USC 12304 and 12406.

Section 1550 says 180-days after 12/20/2019 which is where 1 million were Federalized. The Federal Order came in that first 180-days on March 27, 2020, with Executive Order 13912 that Federalized 1,000,000 Reserve Components to Active-Duty. 

That was the actions of ALL those Orders:

War Powers Resolution Act
Defense Production Act
10 USC 12304
10 USC 12406
Executive Order 13912

“Joe Biden” is a Continuity of Operations Plan. Plus the Occupancy to expose the dirty swamp.

And his “Executive Orders” all prove National Essential Functions and continuity under the Military Occupancy via Law of War Manual and COOP via Federal Continuity Directives and Presidential Policy Directive.

Section 1:

“The Secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, at the direction of the Secretary of Defense, and the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to the Coast Guard when it is not operating as a service in the Navy, are authorized to order to active duty such units and individual members of the Ready Reserve under the jurisdiction of the Secretary concerned as the Secretary concerned considers necessary, consistent with the terms of section 12302 of title 10, United States Code.”

Okay, so, look at Section 12302 of title 10, USC:

Look at the LAST paragraph under Section 12302:

Executive Order 13912. 

That Executive Order is under the War Powers Resolution Act which is where the President and Congress declare war, which is the Foundational Order aka THE Origin.

And has NOT been terminated.

This is why origin matters and knowing how legislation works and the order of the orders.
