I do believe part of the White Hat’s strategy is rushing the DS’s agenda.

What the DS normally did is what I always called the slow commie drip. Whereas they did things at such a slow pace that no one really knew they were happening except the ones that were astutely paying attention. Now they are being forced to rush their agenda and be so sloppy about it.
