– Biden’s closest aides actively hid his decline from the public and Congress, gaslighting Americans by dismissing concerns after the June 2024 debate as a “bad night” or cold.

– Political advisors prevented neurological or cognitive testing of the President to protect his reelection prospects; White House Physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor never conducted such exams despite specialist recommendations.

– Dr. O’Connor’s medical decisions were influenced by political pressure and financial ties to the Biden family through his wife’s business dealings.

– Senior aides exercised presidential powers without authorization, using the autopen to sign official documents—including pardons benefiting Biden family associates—without proper documentation or Biden’s direct involvement.

– Multiple pardons and commutations were issued via autopen with inconsistencies in timing, documentation, and the President’s decision-making binder.

– The Committee recommends the D.C. Board of Medicine investigate Dr. O’Connor for potential misconduct in issuing misleading medical reports.

– The Department of Justice should review all Biden-era executive actions signed by autopen and investigate aides who invoked the Fifth Amendment, including Annie Tomasini and Anthony Bernal.

– Based on over 47 hours of transcribed interviews and depositions with 14 current and former Biden aides; Democrats asked only ~3.5 hours of questions.
