Juliette had several terrifying experiences of sexual abuse – as a young child, a teenager, and as a young woman. As she started doing Dr. Joe’s work to heal her emotional trauma, she found that she could not do his guided Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation without extreme resistance and emotional pain. Juliette finally made the commitment to really go all in with this meditation, knowing it could help her immensely. With the guidance of one of Dr. Joe’s event team leaders, she decided to add a session of “heart coherence” breathing at the end of the meditation…with very beautiful and healing results.

At six years old, Mara was raped by a family member, and then was targeted and abused by a pedophile when she was twelve. Thus began decades of drug addiction and depression. At some point, Mara was able to stop taking drugs, and then 6 years ago she started studying Dr. Joe’s work and practicing the meditations. Lynn attributes her allergy symptoms (hives/urticaria) to the unmanaged stress of having a successful business. At the Week Long Retreat in Cancun in June 2019, Lynn started learning tools for managing stress, but she also participated in a Coherence Healing session as a healee. Lynn went six months without an allergic reaction, but then had a reaction at her next Week Long event. The reaction led to important realizations, and an opportunity to heal herself again.

David crashed his mountain bike and broke his neck. He had a beautiful near-death-experience (NDE), before he regained consciousness and was able to call for help. A very skilled surgeon put his spine back together (from a shattered C1, C2 and detached C3), and then David worked on his post-surgery healing by moving, meditating, and focusing on love.

Christine was invited to the stage during the Malta Retreat to tell her story: Christine doesn’t remember feeling healthy since she was about 6 years old. 5 years ago she contracted a virus called chronic internal shingles, and Christine became painfully sensitive to her environment. This sensitivity made attending a Dr. Joe event especially challenging…but she overcame her symptoms and went all-in, finding relief and a new hope for a better life.
