It seems that President Trump and the Alliance are using the cabal’s own strategies against them to prosecute Hillary and the gang. Love it!

Where We Go One We Go All.

HARARE (Reuters) – Zimbabwe’s Constitutional Court confirmed President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s disputed July 30 election victory on Friday, dismissing an opposition challenge that had held up his inauguration, which will now be held on Sunday.

Before the vote, Mnangagwa had said a credible election could pull Zimbabwe out of its diplomatic isolation under former president Robert Mugabe, ending international sanctions and prompting an economic recovery.

Instead, the vote left the nation polarized, with Nelson Chamisa, who leads the opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC), mounting the legal challenge and violence flaring on the streets of Harare.

In a unanimous ruling of the nine judges of the country’s top court, Chief Justice Luke Malaba said Chamisa had failed to prove allegations of fraud during the presidential vote.

“Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa is duly declared the winner of the presidential elections held on the 30th of July 2018,” Malaba said in his ruling.

Chamisa had earlier said he reserved the right to take alternative actions, including peaceful protests, if he lost the legal case.

On Friday, he did not spell out his next step but told his supporters on Twitter that he would consult them on the “course of action to be taken to rescue our beautiful Zimbabwe from the jaws of poverty, corruption & dishonesty”.

The election, in which Mnangagwa and Chamisa were the main contenders, was touted as a crucial step toward shedding Zimbabwe’s pariah reputation and securing international donor funding to revive an economy suffering chronic shortages of investment and cash, as well as high unemployment.

An army crackdown in response to post-election violence by opposition supporters left six people dead on Aug. 1, recalling the heavy-handed security tactics that marked the 37-year rule of Mugabe, who was removed in a coup last November.

Mnangagwa now faces the challenge of persuading the international community that the army crackdown and lapses in the election process will not derail his promise of reforms to overcome corruption and mismanagement under Mugabe.

After the ruling was delivered, the president called for peace on his Twitter feed.

“Nelson Chamisa, my door is open and my arms are outstretched, we are one nation, and we must put our nation first. Let us all now put our differences behind us,” he said.

Finance minister Patrick Chinamasa told Reuters that Mnangagwa would be inaugurated on Sunday.

At ZANU-PF’s offices, hundreds of supporters in the party’s green and yellow colors followed Malaba’s judgment on television, erupting into song and dance after their candidate was confirmed as president.

“He won the battle,” a supporter told Reuters TV, adding that while Mnangagwa’s enemies were trying their best, “they fail”.

MDC Secretary General Douglas Mwonzora told reporters outside the court that “whatever we do as MDC we are going to act within the law … We want Zimbabweans who want to demonstrate to be allowed to demonstrate.”

Outside the party’s office, one MDC member questioned the judges’ verdict. “It was not fair, they were favoring one side – ZANU-PF. The MDC had enough evidence but it was not considered,” he said.

Police blocked roads around the court, a 19th century British colonial building just opposite Mnangagwa’s offices in central Harare. Vehicles carrying water cannon reappeared on streets near the court house while riot police patrolled the city center in groups.

A Reuters witness said Harare was calm immediately after the ruling, with people going about their usual business.

In separate statements, the European Union urged all parties to “call for calm and restraint” after the court ruling, while the United States called for the parties to respect the “constitution and the rule of law.”

“It is important that the new government engages all stakeholders in substantive discussions on the necessary reforms, including on further electoral reforms,” the EU said.

The U.S. State Department made a similar appeal.

Before the ruling, the head of the Zimbabwe Council of Churches told Reuters it was speaking to senior leaders from ZANU-PF and the MDC to facilitate negotiations.

“We have been reaching out to both political parties to their highest level of leadership for us to explore a possibility of some form of dialogue,” General Secretary Kenneth Mtata said.

I cannot provide Boston C or any other of my inventions to any patients until these government issues are resolved. To do so could end my career as a doctor.

I’m cooperating with the government offices and agencies and resorting to all remedies available to me under the law to remedy this.

I deeply apologize for the inconvenience and suffering that this could cause many of you and your loved ones. This is not what I want to happen to my patients. It saddens me beyond measure.

It’s my sincere hope that we can reopen at the soonest possible time so that I can continue to serve and care for you all.”

In an article written about her clinic, which you can view here, the author describes herself as “awestruck”:

“I was awestruck to see hundreds of people from all over the Philippines, and other countries who came that day. How had I not heard about this beautiful farm-based facility where celebrities, captains of industry, governmentofficials, and even royalty go?”

On her page, Dr. Bunch discusses the FDA raiding her clinic (they have nearly an identical FDA to our own country)and taking over 300,000$ worth of her devices and inventions.

THE Constitutional Court (Concourt) will tomorrow deliver its ruling in the case in which MDC-Alliance leader Mr Nelson Chamisa is challenging President Mnangagwa’s victory in the July 30 harmonised elections. Chief Justice Luke Malaba — sitting with eight other Concourt judges — reserved judgment after hearing arguments from all the parties involved in the matter.

The court said it required time to decide on the case before deferring judgment to tomorrow at 2pm.
The decision of the court will put an end to the MDC-Alliance challenge.

South Africa-based lawyer Mrs Tambudzai Gonese-Manjonjo said if the court finds the results by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) to be credible, the inauguration will be conducted within 48 hours of the judgment.

“If the Constitutional Court confirms ZEC results, President Mnangagwa will be declared winner. His inauguration should be done within 48 hours of the judgment.

“If the court finds that none of the candidates got the 50 percent plus one vote threshold, a run-off will be ordered. In the event that the court invalidates the election process, then a rerun will be ordered within 60 days,” said Mrs Gonese-Manjonjo.

The nine-member Bench started by shutting out three candidates who had violated the rules of the Constitutional Court by trying to sneak in their petitions disguising as respondents in the matter.

Messrs Elton Mangoma, Noah Manyika and Daniel Shumba were cited as respondents together with 18 other losing presidential candidates but instead of filing opposing affidavits, they decided to argue their own cases as aggrieved losers in violation of the rules of the court.

The court found that the trio was trying to sneak its own petitions through the back door before expunging their papers from the court record.

Two others, who had already chickened out, Harry Peter Wilson and Willard Mugadza, were also ruled to be improperly before the court at the preliminary stage.

“The unanimous decision of this court is that the papers filed by the fifth, sixth, 17th, 20th and 22nd respondents are not properly before the court.

“Accordingly, it is ordered that the papers be expunged from the record. Reasons shall be contained in the main judgment,” ruled Chief Justice Malaba.

Mr Chamisa alleges electoral fraud and malpractices during the elections in which President Mnangagwa won with 50,67 percent of the total vote.

Mr Chamisa only managed 44,3 percent.

Mr Chamisa is seeking nullification of President Mnangagwa’s victory and wants the court to declare him the winner.

He claims the election was not conducted in accordance with the law and was not “free and fair”.

President Mnangagwa, 21 losing presidential candidates and ZEC were all cited as respondents in the high-profile petition.

President Mnangagwa argued that there was no valid election petition challenging his victory.
He raised several preliminary objections to the petition.

The President wants the highest court in the land to dismiss the petition and confirm him the winner of the presidential poll.

He said a dismissal order was appropriate given the fact that the petition was replete with flagrant procedural irregularities.

President Mnangagwa said the application was not served with all documents that Mr Chamisa claimed to have filed.

He further argued that the intention by Mr Chamisa’s lawyers to issue out a subpoena against Justice Chigumba, shows the MDC Alliance leader accepted the inadequacies of his evidence.

In this regard, the President said the proper course of action which the court must adopt is to accept Mr Chamisa’s admission and throw out the application.

President Mnangagwa contends that Mr Chamisa’s petition is premised on alleged mathematical anomalies which have no factual basis.

He pointed out that Mr Chamisa did not make the application to set aside the presidential results in good faith, but simply wanted to delay his inauguration as the duly elected President of the country and to make political statements in court.

She shows up to the Trump office and didn’t have anything to reference Hillary Clinton and only wanted to discuss the Magnitsky Act. (which was nothing but a ruse to ‘set Candidate Trump up’ with “Collusion” perpetrated by Hillary Clinton…via Fushion GPS)

Trump Jr. listened to her rant and that was it ! ‘Opposition Research’ is legal…but setting-up your opponent under ‘false pretenses’ is questionable and maybe illegal. The spying, wire tapping and unmasking of those under surveillance via a false FISA application is illegal.

Veselnitskaya and Fusion GPS (led by Glenn Simpson) were part of John Brennan and Peter Strzok’s (CIA-led) ‘Operation Crossfire Hurricane’ plot. (aimed at President Donald Trump and the Trump campaign)

The combination of the fake ‘Russian Dossier’ and the meeting with ‘Veselnitskaya’ has become the biggest scandal of any presidency in our history. The Socialist / Communist Democrats continue (over a year now) to pull straws and maneuver the investigation into areas that have nothing to do with the Trump Administration.

Throwing a couple of associates in jail (Cohen & Manafort) for crimes that should have been investigated by the IRS (with fines) (or tried separately from Mueller’s Witch Hunt) is the basis for what the Dems will attempt to proceed with Impeachment.

Operatives involved with the Coup against this president…likely used CNN to “demand the names of the Manafort jurors” in an attempt to scare them into siding with Mueller’s prosecutors. The judge was threatened and had to procure protection from U.S. Marshals. And it worked…therefore…President Trump MUST pardon both Cohen and Manafort.

(CNN is the CIA’s weaponized media source) all together conspiring to protect Hillary Clinton and Obama et al from prosecution.

Mueller’s plan is to force a subpoena on President Trump…which will end up in the Supreme Court where it will be squashed. (Plain and simple) However….what can evolve from Mueller’s subpoena is far more effective for Trump and might be ‘the plan’.

This upcoming phase of the Mueller investigation will discredit the investigation and will force Mueller to stand-down. It will also force Republicans and Independents to come out in droves to keep the Communist Dems from taking back Congress in November. There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that the state by state elections WILL BE RIGGED BY DEMS !

Somewhere in the mix of everything happening (which appears to be one sided justice) will allow the Trump DoJ to turn the tables in ways that will destroy Obama, Hillary and former FBI, DoJ, and CIA top level criminals. Investigations of all are underway and is not being reported. (because when the time comes…and it all comes to light…the fakestream media will go into a frenzy)

The old saying…”Never interfere with the enemy when they are self destructing”.
