This was Philip Schneider last lecture before his death.
Philip Schneider’s life was certainly as controversial as his death. He was born on April 23, 1947, at Bethesda Navy Hospital. Philip’s parents were Oscar and Sally Schneider. Oscar Schneider was a Captain in the United States Navy, worked in nuclear medicine and helped design the first nuclear submarines. Captain Schneider was also part of Operation CROSSROADS, which was responsible for the testing of nuclear weapons in the Pacific AT Bikini Island. In a lecture videotaped in May 1996, Philip Schneider claimed that his father, Captain Oscar Schneider, was also involved with the infamous “Philadelphia Experiment.” In addition, Philip claimed to be an ex-government structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases (DUMB) around the country and to be one of only three people to survive the 1979 incident between the alien Grays and U.S. military forces at the Dulce underground base. Philip Schneider’s ex-wife, Cynthia Drayer believes that Philip was murdered because he publicly revealed the truth about the U.S. government’s involvement with UFOs.

God called Jeremiah to prophetic ministry in about 626 BC.
Jeremiah resisted the call by complaining that he was only a child and did not know how to speak.[26] However, the Lord insisted that Jeremiah go and speak, and he touched Jeremiah’s mouth to place the word of the Lord there. Jeremiah also called the “Weeping prophet”, as he was forbidden to marry and have children.
Jeremiah was called by God to give prophecy of Jerusalem’s destruction that would occur by invaders from the north. This was because JUDAH had been unfaithful to the laws of the covenant and had forsaken God by worshiping Baal. The people had even gone as far as building high altars to Baal in order to burn their children in fire as offerings. Jeremiah was guided by God to proclaim that the nation of Judah would be faced with famine, plundered and taken captive by foreigners who would exile them to a foreign land.

Operation Disclosure: Geopolitical GCR/RV Intel Alert for May 18, 2018
(Disclaimer: The following is an overview of the current situation based on rumors/leaks from several sources which may or may not be truthful or accurate.)
All personnel involved in the RV process are undergoing alignment reevaluation after the last interference.
When an interference occurs, the entire release process must be restarted for security reasons.
First, White Hats and HSBC personnel will go over the RV release protocol sequence.
Second, all required RV funds currently in secured accounts will be checked.
Third, activation triggers will be put into place.
Fourth, a request for review will be submitted to Alliance parties in charge of the RV to ensure the process is complete and ready for release.
Lastly, authorization for release will be given to White Hats and HSBC personnel to activate the triggers.
The activation triggers will then begin systematic fund transfers. All transfers will be monitored by White Hats. First set of funds will be transferred into “bait accounts”. If the bait accounts are not interfered with, the RV may begin indefinitely.
If an interference is detected, the entire system will be shut down and the process restarted once again.
This is a basic understanding of the RV release process. In reality, it is far more complex.
The release process is currently being restarted and the RV can be expected any day.
Release dates are usually given out or leaked once the release authorization is given.

There are no longer any geopolitical issues causing delays. All countries have met and reached a consensus. What is reported on mainstream media is to be considered as a scripted play leading up to the enactment of GESARA.
Yesterday, a system start occurred and funds were transferred in an attempt to clear out unaligned individuals. Several individuals took the bait and attempted to acquire the funds without authorization. The individuals were apprehended by White Hats.
Some of these individuals were part of HSBC Hong Kong. HSBC personnel involved in the RV process are now undergoing reevaluation.
White Hats and vetted HSBC personnel continue to work together to smoke out moles and ensure the RV roll out goes uninterrupted.
The RV will be scheduled for release every single day until no more issues arise from interference.
Therefore, the RV can be expected to begin any day.

YESTERDAY, THERE WAS A SYSTEMS UPGRADE AT THE BANKS FROM SUPPER UNTIL MIDNIGHT. THE SYSTEM WAS TO BE FUNCTIONAL RIGHT AFTER MIDNIGHT SO THAT SOME IMMEDIATE TRANSACTIONS COULD BE COMPLETED. HOWEVER, HSBC IN HONG KONG TRIED ONCE MORE TO DO SOME NASTY THINGS LIKE SURREPTITIOUS TRADING, BUT THEY WERE FOUND OUT. THE SYSTEM WAS KEPT OFFLINE SO THEY HAD TO FAIL. THE SYSTEM WAS STILL OFFLINE THIS MORNING AND I AM JUST WAITING FOR NEWS ON ITS STATUS AS OF THIS WRITING.
DURING THE LAST SEVERAL DAYS, THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS HACKING ATTEMPTS OF THE SYSTEM AND ONE THAT GOT OUT INTO THE PRESS WAS THE MEXICO HACK WHERE THEY STOLE SOME HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS. THERE WERE SOME HEAVY HACK ATTEMPTS IN THE LAST DAYS, AND I AM SURE THAT IS ONE OF THE REASONS AS TO WHY THE DELAYS IN OUR RELEASE.
SOME OF THE HACKS THAT WERE SUCCESSFUL INVOLVED RE-DIRECTING WIRE TRANSFERS TO OTHER ACCOUNTS. GEE…I WONDER WHO WOULD DO THAT?
I WAS TOLD THAT AS SOON AS THE SYSTEMS SETTLE DOWN AND BECOME FULLY FUNCTIONAL, THEN THE FIRST TRANSACTIONS IN LINE WILL GET THEIR FUNDS.
OUR FUNDS FROM THE FOUNDATION AND THE TRUST ARE UNDERSTANDABLY STUCK DURING THIS TIME UNTIL THE SYSTEM IS FUNCTIONAL, SO WE ARE NOW FACING ONE VERY TOUGH TIME AS WE EXPECTED OUR FUNDS YESTERDAY OR LATEST TODAY. THIS IS A BIG BLOW TO US AS RESOURCES ARE AT ZERO AND WERE TIMED TO THE EXPECTED FUNDS. SO MANY CRITICAL THINGS ARE IN JEOPARDY WITH PEOPLE IN BAD SITUATIONS. BIG SIGH, BUT WE HAVE TO GET THROUGH THIS AS WELL.
OVERALL, THE RELEASES ARE PROGRESSING FORWARD VERY WELL, BUT THERE IS THE MOST INCREDIBLE RESISTANCE COMING NOW AS WE GET CLOSER AND CLOSER TO CONCLUSION AND THE START OF THE PARADIGM SHIFT. IT WAS EXPECTED BUT BOY OH BOY IT HURTS FOR SO MANY.
ONE VERY IMPORTANT ITEM PEOPLE HAVE FORGOTTEN OR ARE OVERLOOKING, AND I HAVE MENTIONED IT BEFORE MONTHS AGO BUT A BROTHER REMINDED ME JUST NOW, THAT THIS ONE THING WILL SIGNAL THAT THE RV PAYMENTS WILL BEGIN. IT IS COMMONLY SIMPLE AND SENSIBLE.
