With the earth changing its frequency and mankind trying to keep up with it, perhaps here is a method given by the Ascended Master, St. Germaine, to facilitate our individual rise in frequency. I have done this over a year ago and I can attest to the results. I would recommend reading it aloud for the sonic energy effect. You can do it as often per day as desired, but if you ‘over do it’ so to speak you might experience some confusion as your vibrational frequencies shift up. Use common sense. Invocation – 24 strands of DNA manifestation to be spoken aloud with faith and intention once daily (or what ever feels comfortable for you) 12 X 12 times = 144 times. Each 12 times the invocation is spoken the DNA upgrades and raises the frequency of the body, emotions, mental, and spirit to a higher vibratory rate.
