Michael Brown Sr. and Lezley McSpadden sued the city, former Police Chief Tom Jackson and former police officer, Darren Wilson, back in 2015. They actually had the audacity to argue that the death of the thug that they raised deprived them of financial support through his future potential wages. Where was he going to work? He was a good for nothing thug.

Now that’s the real Michael Brown, the one who’s parents got 1.5 million dollars for raising. Because you know, they did such a great job with him.

(Reuters) – A St. Louis County grand jury has reached a decision in the investigation into the shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown by white Ferguson, Missouri, policeman Darren Wilson in August, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office said on Monday. The decision will be disclosed later on Monday.

A timeline on the shooting and investigation follows.

Aug. 9 – While driving a police SUV, Wilson encounters Brown and a friend of Brown walking down the street about midday. Accounts differ but witnesses agree there was a confrontation and Wilson fired multiple shots at Brown, killing him. Autopsies found that Brown had been shot at least six times.

– A couple of hundred people gather at the scene and five dozen police officers are called to preserve order. Brown’s body is left in the street for about four hours.

Immigration reform is at the forefront of the White House administration’s policies. There is no doubt by the end of his term as President he will have thoroughly cracked down and decreased the percentages of illegal immigration. On Friday the administration continued this work. They filed court papers by Texas state law that would punish sanctuary cities. A win for the American people.
Some of Texas’s biggest sanctuary cities, as well as border towns, are going to file additional documents on Monday to try and halt the state law that goes by the name of Senate Bill 4. They will argue it violates human rights and is unconstitutional as it allegedly deports individuals illegally. They also complain the bill diverts local resources into programs that enforce federal immigration law.

The bill calls for jail time for specific sheriffs and police chiefs who do not cooperate with federal immigration enforcement authorities. It is completely supported by almost all Republicans in the state legislature. As well, it is the first legislation approved in Texas since the inauguration of President Trump.

The Department of Justice released a statement indicating the law will aid in facilitating cooperation between the state and federal authorities in terms of immigration enforcement. The statement of interest was filed in the U.S. District Court in San Antonio, Texas for the Western District of Texas.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions said,

“President Trump has made a commitment to keep America safe and to ensure cooperation with federal immigration laws.”

Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton supported the legislation and indicated he will work with the Department of Justice to ensure this legislation passes and is thoroughly enforced. But his adversaries include border town El Cenzino and other cities surrounding San Antonio. They argue the law would intrude on the way they choose to govern their specific jurisdictions. In a statement they said,
“Under SB 4, local entities must enforce federal immigration law and must do so regardless of whether such enforcement will divert resources away from more pressing police needs.”

The Texas Tribune explained the bill in simple terms saying,

“Known as the “sanctuary cities” bill, the legislation allows local law enforcement officers to question the immigration status of people they legally detain or arrest. It also punishes local government department heads and elected officials who don’t cooperate with federal immigration “detainers” — requests by agents to turn over immigrants subject to possible deportation.

Opponents of the measure, including the cities of Houston, Austin and San Antonio, as well as Webb County’s El Cenizo and Maverick and El Paso counties, argue in court filings that the law violates several provisions of the U.S. Constitution, including guarantees of equal protection and freedom of speech. The opponents also argue that the law violates the Constitution’s supremacy clause, which states that federal law — including statutes dealing with immigration enforcement — is “wholly dedicated to the federal government and may not be usurped by the states.”

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said,

“It’s reassuring to know that the Trump administration believes in upholding the Constitution and defending the rule of law, and I’m grateful for the DOJ’s assistance in helping my office defend the lawful Senate Bill 4.”

Most of you are already aware of the December 2016 Trump Carrier deal, which guaranteed that Carrier, who is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp, would continue to employ at least 1,069 people at its Indianapolis plant for the at least the next 10 years and invest 16 million dollars at the same plant in that time span. In exchange for up to $7 million in Government incentives which President Trump and Vice President Mike Pense had negotiated to give them.

But sadly it seems like today things have changed. Although then President-elect Trump threatened the Carrier Corporation with a 35% tariff on its products if it outsourced its manufacturing to Mexico. Carrier has betrayed both the President and the Vice President and still plans to send the jobs to Monterrey, Mexico, on schedule.

That might surprise Trump supporters who felt he was starting off his presidency strong, brokering a big deal for the American people before he was even in office. But those with closer ties to the Carrier plant tried to warn that the deal wasn’t all it was chalked up to be. Union leaders tried to explain back in December that Trump’s boasts didn’t add up—literally. “Trump and Pence, they pulled a dog and pony show on the numbers,” said United Steelworkers 1999 president Chuck Jones. “For whatever reason, [Trump] lied his a– off.”

A Carrier spokesperson confirmed that 350 of those jobs were engineering and technical positions that were never at risk for going overseas or across the border to Mexico. Only 730 of the 1,069 jobs included in the 10 year Indianapolis Carrier deal were in manufacturing, which involved state incentives of $7 million in subsidies. Carrier itself invested $16 million in the facility, but as United Technologies CEO Greg Hayes told CNBC, much of that money was going to automating its manufacturing processes — something that was hinted at back in December. Six months later, 338 jobs will be cut starting July 20 and another 290 will be terminated close to a year after Trump’s famous first deal as president-elect, which is also three days before Christmas.

Over in the automotive sector, similar changes are taking place. Ford will be moving manufacturing of the Focus model to China six months after Trump was famously tweeting threats at General Motors over where its brands were manufacturing their cars. Trump also threatened 35% tariffs to automakers who went overseas. The president hasn’t indicated yet if he’s going to hit Ford with that penalty for its recent decision or if he will try to spin this as Ford heeding his Twitter edicts against auto manufacturers working out of Mexico. It might simply be that the news is recent and there are bigger problems at hand, like the frothing opposition to the GOP’s healthcare bill or Trump’s attempts to formulate a workable budget.

It’s obvious that conservatives are fed up with what’s been going on in our country. It took a while to motivate the less than politically active, but after 8 years of at tyrannical Obama administration, everyone who cared about the future of the country took the time to vote and fixed things the old fashioned way.

The alt-left who got really used to getting their way have reacted badly. I mean, like a toddler who’s been told that he can’t get his favorite cereal badly. While we’re not ready to go to the illegal measures that the hissy fit throwing liberals are, we can try rubbing it in their faces until they get used to the idea that the left has been outed and Trump won, like it or not. “I think he needs help and there are a lot of wonderful dark, dark places he could go,” the actor said, with cheers from the crowd erupting.

“It is just a question – I’m not insinuating anything,” he said, “[but] when was the last time an actor assassinated a president?” His disgusting joke is, of course, a reference to the actor John Wilkes Booth successfully assassinating Abraham Lincoln in 1865.

These liberal actors are disgusting. They come to America and become incredibly wealthy, because of our conservative culture which encourages hard work, commerce, and business productivity, and then they TRASH the very values that made them rich!

Imagine what would happen if Clint Eastwood implied that he wanted to kill Barrack Obama—what do you think would happen? The liberal controlled media would be in a FRENZY, with CNN and Twitter warriors DEMANDING that he take the comment back and that he should be thrown in jail.

A former State Department employee was arrested on Thursday. He is being charged for espionage and transmitting Secret documents to the Chinese. This just came out from a US District Court in Alexandria, VA.

His name is Kevin Mallory, age 60, and is a self-employed consultant that speaks fluent Chinese, according to Zero Hedge. He has maintained a Top Secret security clearance. The Washington Post says that Mallory was an employee of the CIA.

According to court filings, Mallory went to Shangai in April and was stopped by Customs agents at O’Hare with $16,500 in cash. Mallory then admitted that he had met with two people from what he suspected were Chinese intelligence officers.
Mallory appeared court on Thursday wearing a gray tank top and black athletic shorts.

Trey Gowdy may have JUST become the new Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, but that isn’t slowing him down one bit.

Today, he announced that, with his powers, he will give Trump the BEST gift he legally can for the Russia probe…
Trey Gowdy will NOT be using his position as the Chairman of the House Oversight Committee to investigate James Comey or Russia.
This is a huge departure from his predecessor, Jason Chaffetz, who demanded that the FBI hand over the “Comey Memos” and even was the one who urged Comey to take the stand and testify himself.

Gowdy, on the other hand, believes that Mueller is in charge now and the laws should be followed the way they were written.

He told a gaggle of reporters this afternoon:

“I told Bob Mueller Tuesday that I would never do anything wittingly or unwittingly that veered over into his lane. His lane is broad and is undetermined at this point.”

The memos “are in the jurisdiction of Bob Mueller, first and foremost. Secondarily Judiciary [Committee], because it has jurisdiction over the Department of Justice and the FBI.”

There you have it. Isn’t it amazing how well things work when a man who RESPECTS the law is in charge of it?

Dennis Michael Lynch reported that a city councilman in Los Angeles, California, wants to rename one of the major streets after the former President. The councilman, Herb Wesson, wants to turn 3.4 miles of Rodeo Road into Obama Boulevard to honor his presidency. Frankly, we don’t get it. They wouldn’t name a road after a domestic terrorist, would they?
Wesson quotes his reasons for the name change — yes, they are all silly. His first reason is that there are already streets named after three other presidents; George Washington, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson, so Obama should be next. We don’t think so.

The councilman went on to say the area is where Obama made his first stop the first time he ran for president. According to Wesson, it was a “historic” event, and the crowds went wild when Obama showed up to speak. He must have been napping for the past eight years.

Obama has put our country in a disgraceful position. He doesn’t deserve ANY credit for “running” this country. The only running he did was running our country into the ground…head first.

According to the Los Angeles Daily News, to change the name of the street, there would have to be approval from both the L.A. City Council and the mayor of the city. We are hoping this approval does not go through. Obama does not deserve this kind of honor.

First of all, he managed to increase our national debt by 86% in the eight years he was in office. How can you DOUBLE the national debt in less than ten years and think youself deserving of a road with your name on it?

Let’s not forget that Obama worked with people like Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch, Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, and others to try and nefariously prevent President Trump from winning the election. We are not even mentioning the illegal wiretapping and lying about it that he pulled off on both Trump, and those close to him.

Obama was involved in Operation Fast and Furious also, which is quite disturbing. The former President gave the Mexican drug cartels guns that were unmarked, and we want to give him his own street? Give me a break! It is a sick joke that the Right isn’t in on.

Worst of all, Obama brought the racial tensions in our country to an all time high. He would openly come out and cite “racism” as the cause even when the crimes committed had NOTHING to do with race. He encouraged the domestic terrorist organization Black Lives Matters, when they wanted to burn down all the rich white neighborhoods, according to a Chicago movement leader.

Former President Barack Obama will return to the campaign trial this fall, in an effort to stem a series of Democratic electoral losses. It means, he’s back and here to stay… But unfortunately, his sick effort might not end very well, because the Democrats exposed their true faces to the American people, and American people have made it clear they won’t believe their lies any more.

Barack Obama is expected to campaign for Virginia Lt. Gov. Ralph Northam, which makes it a very strange decision by the former president. This decision shows that Democrats are nothing without Obama, and his die-hard Democratic supporters, hoping that he will get them bring back the power. Virginia Lt. Gov. Ralph Northam has tried to nationalize the race by declaring him as an anti-Trump Democrat.
“I’ve been listening carefully to Donald Trump, and I think he’s a narcissistic maniac,” Northam said in his campaign promotions during the primaries. Reportedly, Northam already has an eight-point lead over Republican candidate Ed Gillespie in the race.

Of course this is just a poll, and according to a Quinnipiac University poll, it shows that 47 percent supported Northam, while only 39 percent backed Gillespie. The state of Virginia is currently led by former DNC Chairman during Bill Clinton’s presidency, Gov. Terry McAuliffe.

Forbes details the process where the money was first electronically transferred to Europe in February, converted to Francs, and then clandestinely shipped via aircraft to Iran. Just one day after that, four Americans were released from Iranian prisons.While the mullahs and military leaders in Iran are calling this money exactly what it is—a ransom—Obama is claiming something different:
He says the $400 million payment was part of a $1.7 billion negotiated settlement from an aborted arms deal in 1979.

John Podesta has just been ordered to appear before the House Intelligence Committee for an interview. This means he’s going to be put under oath and at the mercy of the Committee’s questions! (via The Washington Examiner)

One of the first questions I imagine the House Intelligence Committee is going to have for him is why he didn’t allow the FBI to investigate the DNC hacking.

There is just no good answer that doesn’t implicate him in a crime. And, because Podesta’s personal emails were leaked by Wikileaks the House Intelligence Committee could delve into that closet too.
They could ask him about Seth Rich. They could ask him what he meant by “making an example” of someone. They could grill him on what he knew about Clinton’s warmongering in Yemen.

Any answer to any of these questions is also going to implicate Hillary Clinton in their crimes. John Podesta has been so close to Hillary Clinton for so long.

I’m honestly surprised that the Clinton machine hasn’t labeled Podesta as a liability yet. Although, I suppose there is still time for a horrible accident to befall him before he testifies.

At first, I was a little troubled that the House decided this meeting with Podesta would occur in private. We all want to see him taken down publicly.

But, this may be a powerful strategic move, perhaps even being suggested by Trump himself. If the interview is private, I think Podesta is a lot more likely to make it in front of the committee alive.

Second, because the whole world knows Podesta had his hands on classified information, he could have used that as an excuse to avoid the committee’s questioning.

But, because the interview will be private, any excuse about a subject or document being classified will ring false. What information could he know that the committee members won’t?

The ringleader — um, minority leader Nancy Pelosi — is facing harsh criticism after Democrat Jon Ossoff lost the special election in Georgia, according to FOX News. Despite her party telling her that “her time has come and gone,” Pelosi is still telling everyone that she is WORTH IT. Everyone knows that she is a liability to the Democrat Party, and even President Trump poked some fun at her over this situation!
Trump put out a tweet on June 22nd that read, “I certainly hope the Democrats do not force Nancy P out. That would be very bad for the Republican Party – and please let Cryin’ Chuck stay!” It is pretty bad when the Republicans are supporting Nancy Pelosi because she is SUCH a mess for the Democrats.

The Left has come out in full force to denounce Pelosi. Some of their comments are surprising, to say the least.

Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH), who went toe-to-toe with Pelosi for the minority leader spot, did not mince words when talking about Pelosi. Per Breitbart, Ryan stated, “I don’t think people in the beltway are realizing just how toxic the Democratic Party brand is in so many parts of the country.”

Ryan went on to say he thinks that in some areas, Pelosi is just as toxic as Trump, if not more. Pelosi is receiving a clear message, but she just doesn’t seem to understand.

During her speech following Ossoff’s loss, Pelosi, stunningly, tooted her own horn. She let everyone knows that her leadership is recognized around the country. Yeah, Pelosi, recognized as TERRIBLE.

Towards the end of the speech, she declared that she is “worth the trouble.” Liberals don’t seem to think so. though. Pelosi lost them 60 seats during her time as House Speaker and minority leader.

Regardless, we agree with Trump. If the Left gets rid of Pelosi, it could be “very bad” for the Republican Party. What a joke. Don’t worry, Nancy, the Right has your back! (har, har, har)

If you think about it, the upset of Ossoff was reminiscent of what happened with Trump and Hillary. The only difference is this. Ossoff STILL lost even with mounting pressure and “fake news” coming from the Left in an attempt to discredit Republicans. If the entire country is saying they have had enough, maybe it is a sign for Pelosi to step down.

(Angry Patriot) – The Angry Patriot reported earlier this week that the official government records revealing Obama’s spying had been secretly moved to the Obama Presidential Library preventing a probe.

Now, Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, has revealed that President Trump has the power to retrieve the documents, which are still considered federal records (via The Gateway Pundit).

Watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a series of lawsuits attempting to obtain valuable information relating to the “unmasking” of then-candidate Trump and his associates during the 2016 presidential election.

American spy agencies are continuously monitoring foreign communications, and there is a frequent incidental capture of American persons communicating with foreigners.
It is a violation of our constitutional rights to be subject to a search without a warrant. Thus, the identity of American persons captured in these communications is masked to protect their identity.

Investigators can order an “unmasking” if the identity of the U.S. person is essential to an ongoing investigation. There are strict guidelines preventing unjustified unmasking.

However, it has been discovered that former National Security Advisor Susan Rice was unmasking people associated with the Trump presidential campaign during the election.

This unmasking was politically motivated and highly controversial. It was also most likely illegal. However, former President Obama hid the documents detailing the unmasking at his presidential library before leaving office.

Any documents in a presidential library are sealed for five years ensuring that the documents proving Susan Rice’s guilt are kept hidden. However, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton claims that President Trump can obtain the records if he requests them.

“Yes, they are still federal records. They are under the control of the national archives and he can get ’em,” explains Fitton. “If he needs them to conduct his official duties he can get them. Subpoenas issued by Congress can get them. Special Counsel Mueller, if he decides to actually investigate real crimes like the unmasking, the illicit surveillance, the leaking–-he could get them if he issued subpoenas.”

Obama must be shaking in his boots. The former president painstakingly attempted to cover-up evidence of his administration’s crimes.

Anderson Cooper’as ratings on CNN have been dropping for quite some time, but now it’s just ridiculous. Advertisers will be heading for the hills if this continues.

Cooper, once the leading journalist, is getting outshine by Tucker Carlson and even Chris Hayes on MSNBC. President Donald Trump predicted the failure of CNN in January, and it appears he was right.
Cooper comes across as a pompous, privileged homosexual. He comes from big money, being a direct descendant of the Vanderbilt family. While he grew up in the Catholic church, one can only imagine that his lifestyle doesn’t play well there.

Refusing to confirm or deny anything about his personal life or his political views makes Cooper seem a bit arrogant. He has had a few displays of emotion such as attempting to say he’s gay and a Christian, fighting against the leaders of the Church of Scientology, and being a staunch supporter of separation of church and state.

Comparing the same dates last year at this time, CNN as a whole has only grown 1%, where Fox News and MSNBC have grown over 30%. Prime Time viewer comparison numbers say it all – 835,000 total viewers on CNN – 2.5 million total viewers on Fox News.

The anti-Trump stance that Cooper has taken has hurt him professionally and personally. He has resorted to lashing out at guests and saying crude comments about Trump.

California’s Attorney General Xavier Becerra has recently announced that Texas, Alabama, Kentucky, and South Dakota have been added to California’s official state travel ban. States, which are already on the list, include Tennessee, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Kansas.

California’s official state travel ban all started when North Carolina adopted the infamous Bathroom Bill, which requires people to use the bathroom noted on their birth certificate. Those on the left and the LGBTQ community called North Carolina’s law discriminatory. Their claim is that folks should get to use whatever bathroom they choose, based on the gender they identify with. However, what the Governor and lawmakers of North Carolina were trying to prevent is incidents similar to the one, which took place last year in the bathroom of a Chicago restaurant. As reported by Valerie Richardson from The Washington Times, “The attack by a man on an 8-year-old girl in a women’s restroom last week in a Chicago restaurant is raising alarm about opposite-sex access to public facilities in the name of transgender rights. Police say the man, 33-year-old Reese Hartstirn, entered the women’s room May 7 at Jason’s Deli in Chicago’s South Loop and choked the girl until she passed out” (Richardson, 2016, para. 1-2).

I’m not taking the position that Transgender people are bad. What I am saying is that California and the loony left are living in a fantasyland when it comes to this issue. There have been multiple cases where men have abused “I identify as a woman card”, to enter a women’s bathroom for malicious intent. Here are some examples.

In February of 2016 in Seattle, a man walked into a women’s bathroom for a pool facility and started to undress. Naturally, people freaked out, and this man cited the new law, which allowed him to undress in a women’s bathroom. Because of this challenge, no one bothered to call the police, and it is further reported that the man came back a second time to use the women’s bathroom again when young girls were present. Allison Morrow, from KING 5 News in Seattle reported the incident, “As far as the policy to protect everyone, Seattle Parks spokesman David Takami says they’re still working on the issue. Right now, there’s no specific protocol for how someone should demonstrate their gender in order to access a bathroom. Employees just rely on verbal identification or physical appearance, and this man offered neither” (Morrow, 2016. Para. 9).

Well, gee that’s great. So a pervert of any sort has the pool staff by the short and curly’s depending on which way the wind blows and what gender they feel like for the day, while the police can’t do anything. What do these libtards want? For someone to get raped before they say, “gee maybe this is a bad idea”. The LGBTQ and Transgender community are not doing themselves any favors by not addressing the fears of the other side of this issue, and are only fostering a dangerous situation.

Here is another good example, which is sure to get your blood boiling. In October of 2015, a man dressed as a woman, claiming to be Transgender, was filming a 35-year-old woman who was with her five-year-old daughter while they were using the WOMENS BATHROOM! The man had been involved in several incidents of this nature and was eventually arrested in October 2015.

The suspect Richard Rodriguez, 30, a MAN, had also been suspected of several other similar incidents in the Prince William County area before police arrested him, with one incident taking place in a Wal-Mart bathroom.

“Richard Rodriguez, 30, filmed a woman in a bathroom stall at the Potomac Mills Mall, Prince William County Police said on Tuesday. A 35-year-old woman was in the stall when she saw a bag moved toward her under the stall divider. Rodriguez apparently had been filming her, police said” (NBC Washington, 2015. Para. 2).

The Texas law recently signed by Gov. Greg Abbott gives providers of child welfare, and adoption agencies, which are faith, based, the right to deny a same-sex couple’s request for adoption.

Kansas got added to California’s official state travel ban for passing a law to protect the religious freedom of student groups who bar applicants who do not subscribe to the group’s religious beliefs.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) blasted Democrats on Thursday — particularly Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) — for fueling media hysteria, knowing full well President Trump was not under investigation for collusion with Russia.

In a statement delivered on the Senate floor, Grassley said that in March, former FBI Director James Comey had told him, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), and the group of Senate and House members known as the “Gang of Eight” that the president was not under investigation.

But Schumer, who is part of the Gang of Eight, continued to tell the media Trump was under investigation, Grassley said.

“That helped feed the media hysteria,” he said. “The Minority Leader even tried to say that the Senate shouldn’t vote on the Supreme Court nomination because the president was under investigation. And the whole time, he knew it wasn’t true.”

In once instance, Schumer told reporters on March 21, “There is a cloud now hanging over the head of the president, and while that’s happening, to have a lifetime appointment made by this president seems very unseemly and there ought to be a delay.”

Grassley said it was not until months later that it came to light, on May 12, when Trump revealed in a letter firing Comey that the FBI director had told him three times he was not under investigation.

Grassley also said he had asked Comey to come out and tell the public Trump was not under investigation, but he had refused to do so over a hypothetical situation where he might have to correct the record.

“That concern was merely hypothetical — pure speculation,” he said. “In the unlikely event it came to pass, the public should know if the FBI is pursuing a criminal investigation against the president.”

In the meantime, he said, what happened was “media hysteria.”
“Countless media articles falsely claimed the president was under investigation for colluding with Russia. … Over and over again, the media published selective leaks. They published classified half-truths. All this was used to make false allegations of sinister conduct by the president. And a lot of people believed it.”

“After a year of the entire might of the U.S. intelligence community and the FBI looking for evidence of collusion with the Russians, where is it?” he said.

Grassley’s committee is one of several investigating Russian interference in the presidential elections and whether there was collusion with the Trump campaign.

The Iowa senator said the media hysteria is now focused on Attorney General Jeff Sessions, after Comey suggested during a hearing this month that the FBI knew something about Sessions he could not discuss publicly.

“Unfortunately, now it looks like Mr. Comey and the media might be doing the same thing to Attorney General Sessions,” he said. “Here we go again. The rumor mill is back in business. It’s insinuating improper ties with Russians and undermining people’s faith in another senior government official.”

Grassley urged Comey to publicly say whether Sessions has ever been under investigation, to nip the speculation in the bud.

“This is the same destructive pattern. And it plays right into Russia’s hands again. Well, this time around, we shouldn’t put up with it. Enough is enough. There’s no reason Mr. Comey couldn’t have told the public the whole truth,” he said.

Grassley said the investigations of Russian interference and the circumstances around Comey’s firing will continue and that they would go where the facts lead them.

“In the meantime, it’s time to stop the rumor-mongering. It’s time to stop the innuendo and half-truths. It’s time to stop leaking national security information to score political points.

Last week on the 16th of June, the USS Fitzgerald, a United States Navy vessel, part of the USS Ronald Reagan Strike Group, was involved in a collision with the ACX Crystal container ship off the coast of Japan. The crash resulted in the USS Fitzgerald suffering massive damage and the loss of seven sailors. The events taking place after the incident have left more questions than answers, with many people wondering how this could have happened? Was this an intentional terrorist attack, or simply an accident that happened due to a comedy of errors on both sides?

As reports and information were being revealed on social media, many were claiming, according to available maritime records, that the ACX Crystal executed a sharp turn 25 minutes before the collision. Large news outlets such as the BBC were referencing the below graph and other available records to substantiate this claim.
However, the crew of the ACX Crystal is claiming the turn in question took place after the collision and not before. Some have suggested this turn could be the result of the ship being on autopilot, but frankly, I’m not buying this story.

“There is a discrepancy in the timeline, reported UK Daily Mail, with the company insisting the collision happened earlier than the Navy said it did. That’s critical because tracking sites show a sharp turn, but the earlier time frame would mean the ACX Crystal turned after the collision to see what happened, not before it. UK Daily Mail quoted one expert who said the ship may have been operating on autopilot” (McBride, 2017, para. 18).

Though maritime rules state vessels are required to yield to other vessels that are on their starboard (Right Side), possibly placing blame on the crew of the USS Fitzgerald (this is where the USS Fitzgerald sustained the damage), this does not explain the sudden turn executed by the ACX Crystal, and why her crew did not attempt to reverse or change course prior to the collision. Both ships of this caliber are equipped with technology and warning systems to prevent incidents like this from happening, and it wasn’t as if the ships were in close proximity to each other until the time of the collision. Furthermore, both ships should have had sufficient crew on duty to monitor their ships respective course, even if they were both on autopilot.

Taking a look at both ships the ACX Crystal outweighs the USS Fitzgerald by 20,000 tons. Surely, if the crew of the USS Fitzgerald knew the ACX Crystal was approaching, and they likely did, I’m sure they tried to get out of the way, send a message to warn the ACX Crystal, and took other evasive and defensive maneuvers.
All of these questions and the events afterward are leaving some to speculate this was an intentional terrorist attack, and the US Navy and others are being tight-lipped about the investigation. It is certain the crew of the USS Fitzgerald had the crew on duty on the bridge, so they must have known another ship was approaching them, and surely they would have tried to turn out of the way or warn the ACX Crystal. This being the case, either someone dropped the ball or the actual events which took place prior to and after the collision are purposely being distorted.

What is known about the ACX Crystal is, it is chartered by the Japanese shipping company Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK), owned by Dainichi-Invest Corporation, and registered in the Philippines. Little else is known at this time about the crew or the Captain of the ACX Crystal.

Given current tensions with North Korea, Iran, and ISIS, it’s possible this was an intentional terrorist attack, and in actuality the crew of the USS Fitzgerald were aware of the ACX Crystal approaching, and tried to get out of the way, explaining why the USS Fitzgerald sustained damage on the starboard side. I have every confidence that the crew of the USS Fitzgerald is highly competent and attempted to avoid a collision. At best, this incident was the result of an incompetent crew of the ACX Crystal, and those responsible should be held accountable. Whatever the motive or reason was, Americans need to be vigilant in making sure the truth is revealed.

One of the first questions I imagine the House Intelligence Committee is going to have for him is why he didn’t allow the FBI to investigate the DNC hacking.

There is just no good answer that doesn’t implicate him in a crime. And, because Podesta’s personal emails were leaked by Wikileaks the House Intelligence Committee could delve into that closet too.

They could ask him about Seth Rich. They could ask him what he meant by “making an example” of someone. They could grill him on what he knew about Clinton’s warmongering in Yemen.

Any answer to any of these questions is also going to implicate Hillary Clinton in their crimes. John Podesta has been so close to Hillary Clinton for so long.

I’m honestly surprised that the Clinton machine hasn’t labeled Podesta as a liability yet. Although, I suppose there is still time for a horrible accident to befall him before he testifies.

Like all good ole Socialist dinosaurs, the violent instigator Bernie Sanders tried to dismiss accusations that his wife, Jane Sanders, had committed fraud by obtaining bank loans for the now defunct Burlington College under false pretenses.

And to make matters even worse on hers, Bernie Sander’s Senate office stepped in to help her. In a prepared statement they called the accusations “nonsense,” and actually blamed the whole mess on President Donald Trump’s campaign manager in Vermont. Really Bernie? President Donald Trump made your wife defraud a bank and scam a college?
Although the current investigation started more than a year ago when President Barack Hussein Obama was still in office and his Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who is now under investigation for corruption herself, was the United States Attorney. He still blames President Trump. Let’s hope he doesn’t call on violence against Republicans as he has done multiple times before because his wife is a fraudster.

Jane Sanders was the president of small Burlington College in Burlington, Vermont for seven years. from 2004 until 2011. During her time there Sanders masterminded an ambitious expansion plan that would have more than doubled the size of the school.

Jane Sanders, the wife of former Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), has hired two high-powered lawyers with Washington, D.C., connections to defend them as the FBI investigates whether Jane Sanders falsified loan documents while she served as the president of Burlington College.
Sanders has hired Rich Cassidy, a well-connected attorney from Burlington, Vt., as well as Larry Robbins, the Washington-based attorney who defended I. Lewis “Scooter” Libby, to defend herself and her husband in the matter, former campaign manager Jeff Weaver told Politico.

“It would be negligent for anyone involved in the matter to not retain counsel,” Weaver told Politico.

In May, it was reported that Sanders claimed Burlington College could count on $2.6 million in donations to pay for purchased land, according to a 2010 loan application. But she ultimately raised only a fourth of that, making $676,000 in donations over the next four years, forcing the college into bankruptcy in May 2016.

Sanders was accused of falsifying the information on the loan documents in order to expand the college grounds by Brady Toensing, President Trump’s campaign manager in the state of Vermont, according to Politico’s report. Toensing sent multiple letters to the FBI and federal officials in 2016 urging an investigation into Sanders’s management of the college’s finances.
“As a result of my [initial] complaint,” Toensing wrote to federal officials, “I was recently approached and informed that Senator Bernard Sanders’s office improperly pressured People’s United Bank to approve the loan application submitted by the Senator’s wife, Ms. Sanders.”

According to the report, the amount that donors agreed to pledge compared to what Sanders documented is different.

Weaver dismissed claims that Bernie Sanders or his office intervened in the loan request, calling it “ridiculous” and “false” in a statement to Politico.

The FBI has not filed formal charges, and Weaver told The Daily Caller in May that the agency had not yet contacted Sanders.
In order to do this, this Marxist POS fraudster coerced the college into taking a $10 million loan to finance the purchase of a new more luxurious and modern campus in order to attract more students. This stupid move lead to Sander’s being fired from the college and the total collapse of the school its self. Keep in mind this was a school which was struggling just to stay open so it would be able to keep it’s 300 or so students.

Of course, since she is a “Socialist” she probably meant well, right? Wrong, she lied in the bank documents by purposely overstating the pledged donations and tax-exempt bonds the college actually had secured, by a number of over 6.5 million dollars.

And this is who 45% of the DemoCRAP Party wanted as their “First Lady?” Are you kidding me? These far left Democrats will fall for anyone who looks like a freak who hasn’t bathed in decades. Socialist Bernie Sanders and his wife Jane are now being investigated by the FBI for fraud in yet another devastating disaster for liberals.

Bernie Sanders has dismissed accusations that his wife Jane had committed fraud in obtaining bank loans for the now defunct Burlington College and Sanders’ Senate office had stepped in to help, calling the accusations “nonsense,” and blaming it on Donald Trump’s campaign manager in Vermont.

But now that he’s out, Congress is going after Obama.

No more, though. Donald Trump just made a shocking announcement during a speech at Iowa. According to NBC:

“CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — President Donald Trump said in a speech here Wednesday night he would soon introduce legislation that immigrants to America should not receive welfare benefits for at least five years.”

“The new measure will stipulate that ‘those seeking admission into our country must be able to support themselves financially and should not use welfare for a period of at least five years,’ Trump said as the crowd of thousands at the campaign-style rally exploded into extended applause.”
THANK YOU! This is why we elected Donald Trump. We’re sick and tired of free loaders coming to our country for the benefits, and not contributing a single thing to our great country. The people of America have spoken by electing Donald J. Trump as president, and now he’s keeping his word.

He also added further commentary, saying that “…those coming into our country must embrace our values,” which most conservatives also agree with. People who come to our country must adapt to OUR culture.

We’re tired of entire CITY BLOCKS not speaking a word of English. We’re tired of everything being written in Spanish, of public school teachers having to learn 3 different languages, and of our culture slowly being eroded.

Donald Trump also brought up building the wall—his hallmark, and the cornerstone of his election campaign. “We’re thinking about building the wall as a solar wall,” he told supporters gathered at the U.S. Cellular Center.

“That way, Mexico will have to pay much less money.” The crowd erupted in applause, thankful for Donald Trump’s commitment to the American people.

Ever since he’s been elected into office, it’s been one win after another. He’s the first Republican president who’s ACTUALLY helped our country in YEARS. He’s not destroying our economy, he’s not bailing out fat cats, he’s not starting stupid, useless wars, and he’s not pandering to illegals.

Some have criticized him for this policy, saying that illegal immigrants need welfare, but most Americans don’t care. That’s a lazy mindset, and we don’t WANT to give you welfare! People who come here need to contribute, otherwise, the system doesn’t work.

According to The Migration Policy Institute, there was 43.3 million immigrants in the United States as of 2015. According to the Center for Immigration Studies, over 50% of American immigrants are on welfare…that means that we have roughly 22 million immigrants on welfare.

Recently, however, famous actor Johnny Depp, known for his roles in Pirates of the Caribbean, Black Mass, and Edward Scissorhands, has made a joke about assassinating President Donald J. Trump.

“I think he needs help and there are a lot of wonderful dark, dark places he could go,” the actor said, with cheers from the crowd erupting.

“It is just a question – I’m not insinuating anything,” he said, “[but] when was the last time an actor assassinated a president?” His disgusting joke is, of course, a reference to the actor John Wilkes Booth successfully assassinating Abraham Lincoln in 1865.

These liberal actors are disgusting. They come to America and become incredibly wealthy, because of our conservative culture which encourages hard work, commerce, and business productivity, and then they TRASH the very values that made them rich!

“Depp, who arrived in a blue vintage Cadillac, was greeted with crowds of screaming fans holding phones.”

“He smoked a cigarette as he posed for pictures and jumped on the car bonnet without prompting. Wearing a black shirt and distressed jeans, he also sported a black hat with a silver ribbon around it.”
Imagine what would happen if Clint Eastwood implied that he wanted to kill Barrack Obama—what do you think would happen? The liberal controlled media would be in a FRENZY, with CNN and Twitter warriors DEMANDING that he take the comment back and that he should be thrown in jail.

Yet what do CNN and the other mainstream news outlets do as Johnny Depp, an actor worth over $200 million, threatens to assassinate Trump? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. The only websites reporting on this are non mainstream news sources, aside from BBC which adds:
