The Epoch Times interviewed a Wuhan resident trapped at home for 40 days. Aid is not available. With two young children, the money is running out, and the door was nailed shut from outside, despite the fact that they are not infected. The despair is hard to imagine.

In the interview, victims of the coronavirus epidemic were said to be cremated while still alive.

Mr. Pan: Some time ago, a friend of mine told me that people aged in their seventies, were packed in body bags while still alive and sent to a crematorium. I am also afraid of this.

Journalist: Did this happen to your friend?

Mr. Pan: My friend told me of a family living next to my father’s building, the entire family is dead! Extinct! My classmate is also dead. It took four days, from going to hospital to his death. This is what happened around me. Just 96 hours from going to hospital to the crematorium. We ate and drank together prior to the new year, and now he’s dead. His father is isolated, and his mother is seriously ill. Once you are infected, it kills the entire family. We call it “Tuan Mie”. (It means as a whole?) This is Wuhan dialect.

Journalist: I saw a video saying that living people were put into body bags. Many people questioned it. Could this be the case?

Mr. Pan: My friend went to the Hankou funeral home on the night of the third and fourth day of the Chinese New Year and sent a video. Six of 30 cremators were working, with 20 staff working overtime. My friend went to see about the final arrangements for his relative who had died and accidentally recorded these things. I have the video on my phone. But that’s over now. The question I’m facing now is how do I live?

Journalist: But all he saw was the cremation of the dead. None of those undead, right?

Mr. Pan: He asked the person in the funeral home, and he said there was screaming in the cremator (Screaming in the cremator). It was at night, he heard the screaming. Screaming from inside the cremators.

Journalist: Too horrible. Can you give me the video?

Mr. Pan: I can’t give it to you I don’t know how. The body bags are piled up by the door. More than a dozen trash cans are full, it’s all on video. The question is how do we survive? We are in the epidemic area, the disaster area, and are called victims. In the next step, we will become refugees. But when we die, we are [Expletive].

Cremating living people was exposed online shortly after the regime imposed lockdown began in Wuhan. Even Wuhan doctors were saying there were too many dead people crying at night.

Woman Who Complained about Nasty Quarantine Hotel Asked to Make a Confession

Location: China

A Chinese woman who just returned to China from South Korea posted a video on WeChat, complaining about the unsanitary and untidy condition of a hotel designated as a quarantine site. The director of the local police department went to her hotel room, and asked her to make a confession by recording a new video praising the Chinese regime.

Woman: I was wrong. Now I must clarify. The government has been kind to me.

Director of Police Station: Umm, look at the camera.

Woman: Now they have delivered to me the disposable sheet and masks that I have asked for, and they even delivered breakfast today. Whatever I need, they will bring it to me. The front desk always responds to my request.

Director: What location is on your household registration?

Woman: Tianmen.

Director: Ah, Tianmen.

Woman: My parents live in Qinghua Village, Tianmen Town, Fangzheng County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province.

Director: No need to go to this level of detail. Just say Tianmen. Press your mask here. Where is that video you posted?

Woman: It’s inside a Wechat group formed by my fellow townsmen. I just sent them the menu in this hotel.

Director: Come record it again. Add me on your WeChat. We must pay attention to guiding public opinion and spreading positive energy. Ah…

Woman. Umm.

Director: Scan my QR code to add me. I am the director of the local police station. I came just to speak to you. This person is the political instructor of our police station.

Woman: Umm.

Director: What you just said, the positive things, record it again. You could say you are satisfied. If you have any complaints, you are free to bring them up. Now everyone is busy. Our government has to host too many people, those who come from other countries and other areas. According to the guidelines for coronavirus control, if you come from Japan or South Korea, originally you are not allowed to come back to China. However, it was decided to allow people like you to come back and place you under quarantine for 14 days before you can go home. If you have any issues, you can talk to the front desk. Now you spread the video to the public, it hurts the image of our government. Actually, in this round of coronavirus control, our government is doing very very well, Ah, doing a great job.

Woman: I was wrong. I apologize for the video I posted just now and I apologize for the impact it has brought upon everyone. I also want to apologize to our government and our policemen, including those coronavirus control staff. They all treat me very well, really well.

Quarantine in China: Expensive for Chinese, but Free for Foreigners

——————————————-

Chinese state media have reported less than 10 cases of COVID-19 infections outside Hubei Province every day since March 1. Deceived by the misleading CCP reports, many Chinese in South Korea believed the epidemic was more severe in South Korea than in China. Some of them decided to seek shelter by returning to China. Upon arriving at the airport, however, the CCP authorities forced them into quarantine. Despite the quarantine being free for foreigners, Chinese people must pay a high fee.
Amid such a major epidemic that jeopardizes public health and safety, the government not only shirks its responsibility, but asks people to pay at their own expense. What impact does it have on the lives of the poor and the whole society?

Video #1-
Look. All these people returning to Qingdao from South Korea are forced into quarantine. It is a forced quarantine. There are small fences.

The following video shows a Chinese woman who works at a South Korean airport kindly reminding people about the real situation inside China’s coronavirus epidemic.

Video #2-
Staff: The cost of the quarantine seems to be 8,000 yuan ($1,150) per person. They put several people together, and the infected are mixed with the uninfected, which is extremely dangerous. This is the Chinese regime… Put on your face mask before talking. In South Korea, the case is, if you are infected, the government will pay you 450,000 won ($380) per month to cover your living expenses.

The man: Per month?

Staff: Exactly. And the government will provide you with treatment free of charge. But in China, the quarantine is only free for foreigners. Chinese people must pay around 7,000 or 8,000 ($1,000-1,150) for it. It is also troublesome after the quarantine because you don’t know when you are allowed to go home. And when you come home, they will pay frequent visits to you. The residential committee or the neighborhood committee will come to you whenever there is a problem.

The man: I may not be quarantined if I don’t have a fever.

Staff: That is your own opinion. But you have no say in this. You have no say in China. It is the CCP government that calls the shots. They are just like beasts. You must follow whatever orders they give. Otherwise, they will lock you at home and weld your door, which is quite common. You have to think carefully.

The man: Oh.

Staff: Additionally, some people said those who are quarantined at home would have been subsidized 50 yuan ($7) per day, but the money was embezzled, and you get nothing.

The man: Okay, Okay. I won’t return. I won’t return. I just stay abroad.

Staff: You must think carefully before you go.

The man: Let’s see.

Staff: Think before you leave.

The man: Why would I come back? I won’t. I haven’t been back for two years.

Staff: Then you are smart. Just don’t return. If you return to China, even if you are safe from coronavirus, you are not safe from the scourge of the CCP. That is for sure. I tell you.

The man: Anyway, people like us should first learn more about the situation.

Staff: Clever people always learn about the situation first, while those who are not so smart just return without a second thought. The policy of CCP makes it free for foreigners but exorbitantly high for the Chinese. Understand? They are the ones who decide whether you are sick or not, and who is infected with coronavirus.

The man: Quarantine shouldn’t cost that much. Do we pay for all the food and vegetables and accommodation during the quarantine?

Staff: You pay 8,000 yuan ($1,150).

The man: How much?

Staff: 8,000 yuan for 14 days. That is the money you have to give to the CCP.

The man: That is 8,000 yuan.

Staff: Yes. A mandatory 8,000 yuan for every Chinese person, but free for foreigners.

The man: Ah.

Staff: If you return to China, you must pay for the quarantine fee. The money is given to the CCP. You have no other options.

In China, there are many policies that favor foreigners, as the Chinese government tries to please foreigners and bolster its image in the international community. It does not care that such outright discrimination will hurt the feelings of Chinese nationals, because Chinese citizens don’t have the right to cast votes during elections or on social issues.

Wuhan Residents Express Hopelessness Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

Location: Wuhan City, Hubei Province

Background: A group of residents in Wuhan, the epicenter of the outbreak in China, came out to soak in the sun at a small community park. As the city is still under strict quarantine, coronavirus control staff approached them and tried to persuade them to go back home and not risk catching the virus. They complained that they were unable to afford the skyrocketing food prices, and will either “starve to death” or die of the virus.

Many residents feel that they have no hope and no future. As a result, they no longer fear death.

Staff: You guys are really fearless. Quite a few residents in the Oriental Grace community were found to have been infected. Three were sent to the hospital just yesterday. Hurry up and go back home! Be responsible for your lives. We don’t have the authority to control commodity prices. Our duty is to protect people’s lives.

Woman: No more money left. What’s the point of protecting lives!

Staff: Go back home! Go back. Look, you are even smoking, and not wearing a mask. Don’t ever do that. Go back! A while ago, many went to the Zhongbai Warehouse Store for grocery shopping. Now the store is sealed and is being disinfected. All employees of the store are under quarantine. That tells us, we should stay safe. No more gathering. Go back now!

Man: The government has ordered stores to sell meat at regular prices, but no vendor is selling meat at regular prices.

Woman: Lean pork should be 12 yuan ($1.73) per pound, ribs should be 18 yuan ($2.6) per pound.

Staff: Regardless of how much it should be, go back home to protect your life.

Woman: Why the hell should I go back? I will starve to death anyway!

Staff: Those of you who do not fear death can stay. Those who do—go back now. Go home! Don’t ever do such a thing. You don’t even know the health condition of the person next to you. Listen to me. Go back. You don’t even wear a mask.

Woman: Isn’t it great to starve an old woman to death?

Staff: Go back home. Don’t ever do this again.

Video 1 Miles of Shipbuilding Workers Waiting for Body Temperature Measurement
Location: Shanghai, China
Date: March 4, 2020

At Shanghai Jiangnan-Changxing Shipbuilding Company, workers have to take their body temperature measurement twice a day. First when they arrive at work and again when they are leaving the factory.

Labor-intensive manufacturers in China are having a hard time. On one hand, they need to resume operations to survive; on the other hand, coronavirus control is a huge challenge for these companies.

Video 2 Police Attack Workers Returning to Work
Location: Qingyang Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province

Due to the incompletely official list of companies that must immediately start operating, some local authorities even dispatched police to suppress people who were preparing to start work.

When Chinese authorities ordered companies to resume operations, they had an official list of companies that must immediately start operating.
However, chaos at the management level has caused confusion for companies that are not on the list.

Workers in the companies that are not on the list were asked to return to work and local authorities in some places dispatched police to suppress these people.

In this video, many workers from Zhejiang Province went back to Qingyang Trade City in Jiangsu Province, believing that trade city would reopen. Instead, what awaited them was a large number of policemen, ready to attack and suppress business owners and workers if they dared to resume trading in the market.

This is a very miserable situation for those who travelled long distances to come back to work.

Police beat student protesters demanding wages in Wuxi, Jiangsu

Get the latest updates as well as exclusive reporting and first-hand videos about the Coronavirus from The Epoch Times website.
https://ift.tt/2PCDpdG
——————————————-

Location: Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province
Date: Feb. 27

Despite the widespread Coronavirus infection, many college students still worked part time during the winter break instead of going home.

On Feb. 27, hundreds of police showed up as hundreds of student workers went on strike. Outside of Green Point Technology Co. in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, protesters gathered demanding their year-end bonus. They did not expect to be beaten by police.

Xiao Wang (a pseudonym) from Henan told Epoch Times: “A lot of students work during the holiday to relieve the financial burden on their families, because most of us are from rural areas. It’s good to earn some allowance ourselves.”

Xiao Wang revealed that during the Chinese New Year this year, regular employees received an incentive bonus of 3,000 yuan ($432.57), but none of the part-time student workers received the money. The part-time workers have gone to various departments to discuss the issue since Feb. 19.

On Feb. 27, a protest began with hundreds of part-time workers gathering at the east gate of the company. The Local government mobilized more than one hundred special police to the scene. Some physical clashes occurred between the two sides, and several students were arrested.

In China, most of the students go through labor agencies to get part-time jobs. Oftentimes the agencies exploit the students making unreasonable deductions from their wages and social security, but the student workers often kept silent. As the numbers of victims increased labor agencies were making more and more bad money.

A recording at the scene showed the police beating the protesting students.

“Police beat people. Show it to the people across the country!”

“Why do the police beat people?”

In the name of maintaining stability, local governments often serve as the tools to oppress the weak and support the unlawful opportunist.

Police Beat A Man to Death Then Claim He Died from Coronavirus

Background: A Chinese in the Netherlands told New Tang Dynasty TV that his brother in Wuhan died from police brutality, after hanging out with friends at midnight.

Chen Zhonghe, former citizen of Wuhan who now lives in the Netherlands:
The point I am making is that people in China, especially people in Wuhan, are suffering a double whammy. The first blow is the large number of deaths from the coronavirus epidemic. Many people were hospitalized, and some have lost their lives. This is the blow of the epidemic. The second blow is the tyranny of CCP, which I have experienced myself. My brother, the fourth child in my family, went out at midnight on Feb. 22, probably to drink with his friends because he couldn’t bear staying at home any longer. When he returned home at 2 a.m., the police came, took him out, and 4 or 5 of them beat him cruelly. He died the next day. The hospital has detected Intracranial Hemorrhage, and, allegedly, pulmonary shadow suggesting coronavirus pneumonia. He was labelled as a suspected case of coronavirus in his death certificate.

He explained further that the violent and unlawful acts of CCP police have caused horrific injuries to people in Wuhan.

He mentioned a video in which police were hauling a woman out of her car. During the wrestling and fighting, they broke her neck and killed her.

In communist China, police are trained to become heartless minions to help the Chinese regime suppress political dissidents. When police are ordered to enforce strict measures to combat the coronavirus, they apply the same brutality used against political dissidents to all Chinese citizens.

Man in the background:
So you tried to look for a doctor, but no one is taking care of this matter, right?

We cannot find a medic if we need help, there’s no doctor on duty. This patient feels that he cannot hold on much longer, he wants to leave. No one comes to take care of him. I am not feeling well either. From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., we could not reach any doctors. This is the situation in Huangpi District People’s Hospital. These are COVID-19 patients. Even if we cry to heaven and earth, there will be no response. We patients here, will not get any response even if we cry to heaven. No one takes care of us at all.

Man in black: No one showed so far! I haven’t taken a shower yet, and I haven’t had dinner yet.

This video was posted on WeChat on the evening of March 4. The next day, hospital authorities said that the video damaged the reputation of the hospital and the case has been reported to the local police. Due to the coronavirus outbreak all over China, many stores have had no income at all for the past six weeks. In the northeastern Chinese city of Shenyang and the southeastern cities of Guangzhou and Shenzhen, tenants (business owners) organized group protests to demand rent returns.

Chinese authorities have not yet initiated a disaster relief program to subsidize private businesses to help them survive the coronavirus outbreak. Many businesses may face bankruptcy in the coming months.

Medical Worker from Shanghai Appeals for Overseas Attention and Help

Date: Feb. 27, 2020
Location: The Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles, USA

Amid the global coronavirus outbreak, a medical worker from Shanghai discloses the real situation inside Chinese hospitals. He was speaking at a rally in Los Angeles in support of medical professionals inside China.
The Los Angeles Visual Artists Guild organized a protest in front of the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles on Feb. 27. The protest was in support of two nurses who published a letter on Lancet on Feb. 24 to appeal for international assistance in China’s fight against the coronavirus. The Chinese communist regime immediately ordered the two nurses to retract the letter and blocked all content or comments on the internet inside China.

Yao Jia (pseudonym), a medical worker from Shanghai, also stepped up to give a short speech in support of the two nurses.

“Hello, everyone. I am from Shanghai. I am a medical worker. Frontline medical worker like me, from local doctors in Wuhan to those who came from the outside, all wore protective suits that were of inferior quality. I don’t know how come the Wuhan government claimed that there was no shortage of medical resources, and supplies were abundant. Even the amount of face masks that the Mayor of Wuhan mentioned, if you do a calculation, you will know that on average, three Wuhan citizens have to share one mask based on his figures. Therefore, I believe we should call for international attention to the real situation in Wuhan so that people there could be granted basic human rights. Thanks!”

During an interview with Voice Of America, Yao expressed several times his sorrow and sadness. He pointed out that it usually was difficult for many patients to have access to professional treatment from experts or authoritative doctors. Only those with special networking connections inside the hospital could expect those services. Especially now, when all hospitals in Wuhan have to face a large number of coronavirus patients. “I sadly realized that this was magnified and made clearer and more obvious by the coronavirus outbreak this time,” he said.

To further illustrate his point, Yao said his former medical school classmates, currently in Wuhan, said many patients sent to the most qualified hospitals each carried a label specifying that “this person is so-and-so’s friend/family member.” At the same time, many other infected people are denied treatment.

Chinese Woman Returning from South Korea Complains about the Quarantine Hotel

Location: China

South Korea did not implement rigorous border control in response to the coronavirus outbreak in China. As a result, in just a short period of time, the number of confirmed COVID-19 virus infected patients in South Korea has exceeded 5,000. Many Chinese in South Korea have chosen to return to China. Those arriving from South Korea at a Chinese airport are taken directly to a local quarantine site for a 14-day isolation.

Woman in the background:
“Now I have arrived at this hotel which is a designated quarantine site. Let me show you what it is like. It was like this when I entered this room. This is the so-called quarantine. Look at everything here. After the previous guest left, no one came to replace (these old dirty) stuff or tidy up the room, and I am to be quarantined here. Damn it, even healthy people would get a viral infection here. Who is the owner of this teeth brushing set? Come pick them when you see this video. Same situation here, look. This is the so-called quarantine. They charge 790 Yuan ($113.4) per day, and I have already made payments for the entire (14-day) quarantine period.”

The Chinese people in South Korea were scared when the tally of confirmed coronavirus cases kept rising in South Korea. As their only source of information regarding the outbreak in China is Chinese state media, which significantly underreported the figures, many Chinese in South Korea chose to fly back to China.

Chinese authorities have used this opportunity to brag that China outperforms other countries in coronavirus control, and is now taking back Chinese citizens from other virus-hit countries. However, the first group of Chinese who flew back from South Korea have already found themselves in a helpless situation.
In addition, the flights between the two countries will increase the burden on local public health services, and pose a higher risk of further coronavirus spreading in local communities.

Woman Stayed At Home for A Month, But Got Infected after Picking Up Food Deliveries

The city of Wuhan has been placed under a lockdown for more than 40 days, even so, more and more residents are getting infected.

A WeChat user videotaped an audio conversation with a female friend who recently got infected with the virus when she went grocery shopping a week ago. She needed to replenish rice, vegetables and cooking oil supplies after staying at home for nearly a month.

“I went to that hospital yesterday. As I arrived late in the afternoon, at about 6 p.m., I did CT scan and blood test only. Both tests showed I have viral infections, viral pneumonia. However, this hospital only performs gene sequencing tests from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. So I have not done a gene sequencing test yet. Staff from my community office arranged to have me quarantined at Hubei University Zhixing College dorm last night. It is in a suburban area. The hospital here cannot perform gene sequencing tests.“

”My main symptom is having difficulty breathing. (Although I haven’t had the final diagnosis), lung infections are confirmed. I started to have difficulty breathing three days ago, but I did not take it seriously initially, because I basically stayed at home for nearly a month.“

“One week ago I went out, because I was running out of food. I went downstairs to get rice, vegetables, eggs, and cooking oil, back and forth several times. I didn’t feel anything when I finished shopping, however, three days ago, I felt my chest was tight. It got worse yesterday and I almost passed out at home. Even as I called the 120 emergency line, my hands were shaking and I could not see the text on my cell phone screen clearly. Then I was sent to that hospital for a physical exam. Now I am waiting for the community office to transfer me to another hospital for treatment, and to get a gene sequencing test.”

“I could not sleep at all last night at the quarantine site. It was not because I was nervous, it was because I had a fever, and shortness of breath, my whole body felt numb. The staff at our community office told me my symptoms belong to the seriously-ill category. I even felt as if my blood vessels were about to explode. I have difficulty breathing, and my heartbeat is very fast, I could hear it, “Tong…Tong…Tong…”, just like this. I am still at the quarantine site, waiting for the arrangement from my community office.”

“I didn’t sleep at all last night. I don’t have any acquaintances within my community. I got infected simply through going downstairs to pick up the delivery. I simply went downstairs, picked items up, and went back upstairs. About a week ago, I had deliveries several days in a row. I also replenished drinking water and went to A compound to get propane gas. I traveled across A, B, and C compounds in those several days, and that was it.”

“I would blame myself for being too greedy. For more than 20 days, I did not join any social media group for food ordering, and I consumed all the food I had at home. Then, with much difficulty, I joined a food ordering group. I should have felt content when I received my food orders. However, when I had some vegetables, I craved fruits. After I had fruits, I wanted to buy cooking oil and stock up rice that can last for a month. As for fruits, after I had mandarins, I also wanted to eat strawberries. Later I also craved hot and dry noodles. So it was through my craving that I harmed myself. With such craving, I did not take the coronavirus seriously enough. Also, I had not heard of any infections within our community, and I thought there were no patients in our community. In our social media group, no one ever told me if there are patients in our community. Otherwise, I would not have made so many trips downstairs to pick up the food items. ”

Chinese netizens noticed an unprecedented level of internet blockade in the past several days. It is getting more and more difficult to hear the real personal stories from Wuhan residents. This newly released video is therefore very precious.

Neighborhoods Near Wuhan Steel Company Hit Hard by Coronavirus

Location:Qingshan District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province
Date:March 1, 2020

In Qingshan district of Wuhan, where the state-owned firm Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation (WISCO) is located, the number of coronavirus infections over the past two weeks has increased drastically. A local resident says it’s because WISCO has been operating continually—even after Wuhan authorities initiated lockdown measures to confine people to their homes in an effort to contain the virus’s spread.

When Chinese authorities face the dilemma of either stabilizing the economy or combating the COVID-19, they seem to place GDP at a higher priority than saving human lives.

An Old Couple Commit Suicide Together

Location: Wuhan City, Hubei Province
Date: March 3, 2020

Background:
Wuhan has been in the throes of a city-wide lockdown for 40 days. Local authorities continue to tighten preventative measures. Individuals are forbidden to go grocery shopping. Residents have to resort to online orders or form a social media group to order food together. Senior citizens who have no experience with online purchases are in deep despair.
An old couple committed suicide together by jumping out of their high-level unit on March 3. According to their neighbors, they lived alone. Their community never showed any concern for elderly residents needing help to get daily necessities after the lockdown.

Woman in the background:
There is even a suicide incident in our community! I guess they are elderly residents who do not live with their children, and no one offered them any help. The staff at our community office never checked with these elderly-only families to provide any help. So pitiable!

Man in the background: Why don’t they call 110, the emergency line?

Woman in the background: It makes me feel very nervous now.

Migrant Worker from Hubei Cannot Afford Quarantine Fee, Hiding in Construction Site

Video #1
Location:China
Date:March 1, 2020

Background: During the coronavirus outbreak, the CCP authorities imposed forced quarantine and charged high quarantine fees. The video shows a migrant worker from Xiaochang County, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province hiding in an open air construction site because he cannot afford the quarantine fee.

Video #2
Location:China

Background: The Executive Yuan of Taiwan launched a 2 billion U.S. dollar subsidy program for those who are placed under home quarantine. Each patient or suspected patient will receive a subsidy of 800-1,000 New Taiwan Dollars ($26.8-$33.5) per day during the quarantine period.

On the contrary, in mainland China, the authorities have used compulsory measures to quarantine patients and suspected patients, and charge them high quarantine fees.

The video took place in a quarantine site in mainland China, with 20-30 people showing up in the footage. According to the lady who took the footage, after 14 days of quarantine, the authorities asked each person to pay 2,520 Yuan ($360) as the quarantine fee. She said they cannot afford it, and everyone is waiting for the supervisor to come and give them a final answer.

Wuhan Residents Complain About Soaring Prices

Background:
The city of Wuhan is now in the 6th week of a complete lockdown. Residents in Wuhan are very worried as vegetable prices keep soaring.

In China, the salary for an average government employee ranges from 3,000 to 5,000 yuan ($430–$717) per month. The variation mostly comes from regional differences.

Video #1

Take a look at the current vegetable prices in Wuhan. Potatoes, six yuan ($0.86) per pound; turnips, four yuan ($0.57) per pound; napa cabbage, four yuan ($0.57) per pound. These two napa cabbages cost me 41 yuan ($5.88).

Video #2

These are what I bought today from a grocery store, four different types. A bottle of cooking wine, 300 grams (10.6 oz) of brown sugar, these two cost me 125 Yuan ($17.93). Unbelievable, isn’t it?

These two turnips, 35 Yuan ($5.02). Two pounds of leek, 24 Yuan ($3.45).

Usually, a bottle of cooking wine would cost 4 Yuan ($0.57). Now it is 12 Yuan ($1.72). They try to make a fortune when our country is experiencing a calamity. These crooked vendors! It is a special period of time. We can all understand it if the prices are (reasonably) higher. However, these prices are outrageous. Now we cannot go to work, and we don’t get paid. Other regions are making donations to Wuhan, including vegetable donations. A while ago, someone used a truck to deliver vegetables to our community, as free donations to us. As I said, we can understand it if your prices are reasonably higher, but how can we afford such outrageous prices?

If it continues this way, we will all have to starve. How can we afford it? Now we cannot go to work and there is no regular salary payment. We are paying Chinese Renminbi, not Japanese Yen or Korean Won … This is the phone number of the vendor. I just called him to argue with him. He said the prices are not very high! A bottle of cooking wine is usually priced at 4 Yuan. Now he sells it at 12 Yuan, that is 8 Yuan of extra profit for him. How much profit do you want to have to make yourself happy? How greedy you are! Do you want to become a millionaire overnight? How can he be so evil and heartless! Will the government take care of us? If no one takes care of it, we civilians will starve to death.

Suspected Coronavirus Patients Forcibly Removed from Homes, Officials Attack Family

Somewhere in the rural area of China, a man wearing a mask was handcuffed behind his back and taken away by the epidemic prevention workers in protective suits and sent to a van parked in front of the apartment.

Another middle-aged man without wearing a mask was forced out and pushed into another van. Followed by two women, a young man came out and protested behind them. The young man seemed to intend to call the police. Suddenly, conflict scenes appeared. The workers attacked the young man and one of the two women. A worker held a baton and shouted loudly. The middle-aged man returned and was pushed to the wall by violence. In anxiety, the young man took a brick nearby and made a throwing gesture, but did not take any action. At the same time, the middle-aged man was again violently seized by the neck and sent to the van. The workers continued to shout at the young man who could do nothing but continue to try his cell phone.

Under the ruling of Communist regime, any given order of law enforcement officials can easily exert their authority and cause humanitarian crises.

Chinese Man Calls For Non-Cooperation Movement to End the Chinese Communist Party

Background: Chinese authorities ordered companies to resume operations in mid-February, but there is still a high risk of COVID-19 infections if people go back to work.

Man in the video: [Chinese Communist Party (CCP),] we will not cooperate with you. In the past several decades, don’t you always claim that you feed and support the more than one billion Chinese people? Now, Chinese Communist Party, it’s time for you to show us your great capability! We ordinary people need to protect ourselves amid the coronavirus outbreak. We ask that you stand up to feed and support the 1.4 billion Chinese people! We will not return to work! Don’t you always claim that “Wherever there is hardship, there are Communist Party members?” Now there are many places experiencing severe hardships. The virus-stricken areas are calling for the Party members and we ask that you, Party cadres and Party members, go there first.

In face of such a calamity, other countries will subsidize their people with disaster relief, to help them maintain a basic living standard. What are you CCP doing now? You are robbing people’s resources, supplies, and trying to make a fortune when there is a nation-wide catastrophe going on!

If we all refuse to return to work, it will only take one month to put an end to the CCP. I will definitely persevere in this non-cooperation movement to the very end.

A Chinese Airport Takes Strict Measures to Inspect Passengers from South Korea

Background:
South Korea did not implement rigorous border control in response to the coronavirus outbreak in China. As a result, in just a short period of time, the number of confirmed COVID-19 patients in South Korea has exceeded 4,000. Many Chinese in South Korea have chosen to return to China.

On Feb. 27, at China’s Shenyang’s Taoxian Airport, over 200 policemen and over 100 medical staff took strict measures to examine passengers arriving from South Korea. Police from various districts of Shenyang would pick up Chinese passengers that belong to their own region. Those who didn’t show any symptoms need to be quarantined at home for 14 days.

Location: Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China

Man in the background:
Today Taoxian Airport has taken strict precautions against passengers from South Korea. There are almost 200 policemen, and over 100 medical staff, even larger than the total number of passengers on the plane. They come from all districts and will bring back whoever belongs to their area. Then, the passengers will be quarantined at home for 14 days. I am here today to pick up my niece, who must go through this as well. They are all treating it as a most serious “battle.” There is currently a meeting going on in the quarantine area. The coronavirus prevention and control staff are having a meeting over there. Here are three rows of people in protective suits.
