Twitter uploads are given random file names. What are the chances a POTUS Twitter picture would be given a file name of DOITQ? About 1 in a billion. Other Anons are speculating that the number was assigned manually by a White Hat infiltrating Twitter. Either option is fine with me!

– President Duterte has no authority to order the BSP to print a new peso currency as of November 2017 since the Philippine government has no gold reserves or treasury back up on its own.

– President Duterte’s double-the-salary promise to some government employees that is intended to be effective in January 2018 is meant to be broken because KING TVM refuses to release funds for the Philippine government.
