The New York attorney general and New York’s Department of Financial Services dug in their heels and issued subpoenas to the bank over practices in its auto lending unit, Bloomberg reports. Eric Schneiderman, the AG, is focusing on the unnecessary sale of collateral protection insurance, Bloomberg says. The financial services department’s aim is unclear.

The decision to repay as much as $80 million to clients came as a result of an internal audit, according to Bloomberg:

The San Francisco-based bank last week said it may have pushed thousands of car buyers into loan defaults and repossessions by charging them for unwanted insurance. The bank said an internal review of its auto lending found more than 500,000 clients may have unwittingly paid for protection against vehicle loss or damage while making monthly loan payments, even though many drivers already had their own policies. The firm said it may pay as much as $80 million to clients with policies placed between 2012 and 2017 — with extra money for as many as 20,000 who lost cars, “as an expression of our regret.”

Customers promptly filed suit once the scandal emerged. One proposed class-action suit accused the bank of racketeering violations and fraud after Wells “admitted to charging several hundred thousand borrowers for auto insurance they did not ask for or need, causing many delinquencies,” CNBC reported.

“Wells Fargo has long lost the right to decide what is best for its customers,” Roland Tellis, a lawyer for the plaintiffs, told CNBC.

You know when something doesn’t look right and then you look closer and it looks worse, so you look even closer and you see something amazingly wonderful buried in the ruble… well that is what I see when I look more deeply into the Trump Presidency.

Benevolence masked as chaos.

Trump didn’t sign the Russian sanctions bill this morning, because there are no sanctions being placed on Russia, North Korea or Iran. And oh yeah, Trump isn’t President.

What was signed this morning was the acceptance of the USN, capital gains remission and temporary RV martial law enforcement by the Republic during the coming global financial reforms per GESARA mandates.

It was a 100% benevolent event made to look 100% malevolent, which served as a signal to all nations involved that the RV will now begin.

Hallelujah!

Because… wait for it… the USN has been released globally by the Chinese Elders lead by Quan Yin. Finally.

Thank the Lord!

All these old boogiemen that once “threatened” the United States of America were all refreshed and brought back to help mask the release of our blessing.

Why? Because they are familiar to the American public as is the Nixon Watergate scandal which resulted in a resigned and pardoned American President.

Precedent is precedent because it’s a familiar pattern for an unusual event.

So that is what we are really looking at, studying and even cursing at times (myself included). It’s a loving ruse, all part of a well coordinated plan to deflect our attention away from the overwhelming benevolence playing out right in front of our blinded eyes–hidden in plain sight.

Admittedly, this makes no sense to the naked eye, but confusion is the point when creating a distraction–as our highest safety levels come when we believe the exact opposite is happening.

Ignorance is not only bliss, it’s protection.

Just look at the Dow. The US equities market has exceeded 22,000 for the first time its history today … like ever!!!!!! And people could care less. What’s going on with the Russians? Trump? Healthcare?

We’re in a sizemic boooooommmm cycle like me we in human history and we’re made to feel like the world is collapsing beneath our feet daily.

Man talk about gloom (healthcare), doom (Russia, North Korea, Iran) & kaboom (Trump)?

Has anyone else noticed the media is now actively using words like “gold standard,” “reset,” and “golden era?” Why now?

Look, the masses couldn’t hear about a GCR/RV even it wanted too because the overwhelming pile of noise coming from multiple sources is just too daunting from a sensory perspective to think about anything else but chaos… it’s like wrangling screaming triplets in a nursery.

To Whom It May Concern: 
This is to inform you that Wells Fargo Bank has refused to deposit checks to my account.  I presented several checks to my account and the Post Falls, Idaho branch refused to deposited them.  These checks were drawn on my Treasury Direct Account and there was a sufficient amount in my account to more than cover my checks. The funds were to be used to help needy people pay for medical expenses and to pay for food and shelter for these people.
I spent a great deal of time and energy trying to explain my situation to the branch manager in Post Falls.  I told her about the Treasury Direct Accounts and was very truthful about the situation.  She refused to help me in any way.  The next thing I knew, I got a call from someone at Wells Fargo and they told me they were closing all my accounts at their bank and would accept no more deposits except cash.
I  tried to transfer money from my PayPal account to my checking account at Wells Fargo and they refused to accept the money.  In addition, I have direct deposit into my account from Social Security and they refused this deposit too.  This has put me in great financial hardship.  I need access to this money to pay rent and my other expenses. 
To resolve this problem, I would appreciate if you would investigate this immediately and allow my funds to be posted into my account so I can pay my bills.  I expect the situation to be resolved ASAP. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We have contacted the US Treasury by telephone and was told that they would help us get money transferred to our banking account they sent us this form FS Form 5446. asking us to fill it out the best we could and send it to them and they would help in doing the rest.  See Attached below:

I want an answer whether you have a certifying officer in your bank that will sign
on page 14 that I am the signer of this document.  If you sign it and open up an account for it to be deposited in my account.  If you decide to work with me I would be happy to work with Wells Fargo.  If you will not sign certifying my signature I will inform the treasury Department of what took place

Below is a rough draft of a complaint I will also be sending to the Treasury and similar letters to Idaho Department of financing and the Better Business Bureau.

If she doesn’t sign, they have to verify who she is and she is saying that she IS .. as is described in the Original Due Declaration and Notice of Factualized Trust and all the grounding documents. A perfected claim against the jurisdiction of the court or anyone else for that matter. she is standing in original jurisdiction, which the former and alleged ‘U. S.. District Court’ cannot touch. In any shape or form.

4:35:51 PM Paul Francis M: You see that record number now, that’s an internal one issued by the clerk and does not appear on any systems because of the nature of what the position actually is. Heather hasn’t signed anything, so she has not contracted. They don’t know who she is and she has not entered any jurisdiction of any court.
So we’re going to have a huge U.S. District Court case (discussion) now about the Original Factualized Trust, and under Uniform Commercial Code and decide it before she ever enters any jurisdiction … other than Original jurisdiction. Priceless.

Bills summation of Identity Hearing July 31, 2017

1.) Sealed court, visitors evicted from Court. One large bald guy in suite and one small guy in pin stripes stayed. Small guy later identified as Parker Hill, “government witness”. Tech guy was setting up projector for prosecutor… we could presume to show photos of HATJ? Unknown…

2.) David Bos moves to have court unsealed due to unsealing of case in TN, judge and prosecutor agree.

3.) we are allowed back in court, HATJ unshackled twice in hallway, indicating hand and leg shackling

4.) David Bos says HATJ wishes to represent herself “pro se” with him as stand by counsel.

5.) Judge looks confused and asks if his client does this “knowingly”, he says yes. Judge said premature to rule in favor of standby counsel. Bos has meeting with HATJ on Wednesday, asks for continuance.

6.) Prosecution looks at Parker Hill, he nods, they agree on Friday hearing 10 AM (unsealed court).

7.) David Bos views future outside counsel as unlikely. HATJ to proceed Pro Se Friday.
