This was the plan from the beginning.💥
Recess appointments are temporary and last until the end of the Senate’s next session, or when a nominee is confirmed and permanently appointed, whichever occurs first. The exact duration depends on when the appointment is made.
Trump can instantly install all of his recess appointments and as they are considered temporary, they can do transformation much easier and fire whoever they need to fire and the democrats/courts can’t do anything about it.
