Californiaβs Governor Jerry Brown just violated the Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution by signing an agreement with China on βclimate changeβ behind Trumpβs back.
The Article 1, Section 10 states: βNo State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation.β This prohibition is understandable to anyone who is aware of the consequences of state and local governments having separate foreign policy.
Making treaties and partnerships is a responsibility of the Federal government. Only two states opposed this California and New York and they cannot involve themselves into climate change alliances by themselves.
When President Trump ended the Paris Climate Accord, California and China decided to sign a deal on Tuesday to collaborate and follow the Paris Climate Accord. The Stateβs Governor said that βdisaster still loomsβ without immediate action.
The California Governor Jerry Brown said at an international clean energy conference in Beijing that President Trump ending the Paris deal will result in being a disadvantage.
He also revealed that China, European countries and several states of America will focus in accomplishing what the federal government wasnβt able to.
βNobody can stay on the sidelines. We canβt afford any dropouts in the tremendous human challenge to make the transition to a sustainable future,β Brown said. βDisaster still looms and weβve got to make the turn.β
Furthermore, the Cali governor had a secret encounter with Chinese President Xi Jinping, on which the two promised to broaden trade between California and China.

Back in March, Hillary Clinton announced at a St. Patrickβs Day event in Scranton, Pennsylvania that she was finally ready to put her presidential loss behind her and re-enter the political fray.
βI am ready to come out of the woods and to help shine a light on what is already happening around kitchen tables, at dinners like this,β Clinton told the womenβs group, according to The New York Times.
Less than three months later, her fellow Democrats have a stern demand for the former Democrat standard-bearer: Get the heck back in the woods.
Thatβs according to The Hill, which contacted βmore a dozen Democratsβ who have been infuriated by comments Clinton has made blaming the DNC for her loss last November.
The most recent of these remarks came at the Recode Conference in California last week, in which she said, βI inherit(ed) nothing from the Democratic Party β¦ I mean it was bankrupt, it was on the verge of insolvency, its data was mediocre to poor, nonexistent, wrong. I had to inject money into it β¦ to keep it going.β
βGood God, what is she doing?β a source described as a βlongtime aideβ said.
βSheβs apparently still really, really angry. I mean, we all are. The election was stolen from her, and thatβs how she feels.
βBut to go out there publicly again and again and talk about it? And then blame the DNC?β the aide continued. βItβs not helpful to Democrats. Itβs not helpful to the country, and I donβt think itβs helpful to her.β
I want you to consider that quote carefully: Even people whoβve concluded that the election was βstolenβ are telling her to cut out her lamentations. And thatβs not the only Democrat who thinks itβs time for her to decamp to the woods like her name was Thoreau.
βIf she is trying to come across as the leader of the angry movement of what happened in 2016, then sheβs achieving it,β a former Obama aide said. βBut part of the problem she had was she didnβt have a vision for the Democratic Party, and she needs to now take a break and let others come to the forefront.β
The unnamed Obama aide said Clintonβs remarks make it more difficult to reboot a DNC thatβs in turmoil.
βItβs hard to do that when you have the former nominee out there in a newsy, aggressive manner,β the aide said.
βNewsy?β βAggressive?β Thatβs clearly gendered, triggering language, unnamed Obama aide. Itβs time to check your male privilege. I mean, assuming you are male.
One aide who worked on Clintonβs campaign defended her by saying that Clinton now feels at liberty to say whatever she really feels now that sheβs not going to be seeking elected office again.
βSheβs saying the same stuff she would say on a phone call with me,β the aide said. βAnd I think sheβll continue to have a national dialogue on what needs to be fixed.β
Even in her defense, however, the aide seems to have revealed too much. Weβve long suspected that this is the real Hillary Clinton: petty, vindictive, and totally unwilling to engage with anyone who doesnβt judge her in the same vainglorious way she judges herself.
Before Nov. 8 of last year, Democrats were more than willing to overlook these ghastly character flaws, mostly because they believed Clinton was their ticket to retaining the White House. She wasnβt, and theyβve suddenly discovered that the firehose of Hillaryβs wrath β previously directed at the βvast right-wing conspiracyβ β is now being trained upon them.
However, itβs difficult to have sympathy for these Democrats. As long as they believed Clinton was a winning steed, they were more than willing to ride her, no matter how glaring her flaws were. In defeat, sheβs turned into a bucking bronco, eager to throw her supporters off the mount and trample them as vengeance. If the Democrats didnβt see this coming, they have only themselves to blame.

Liberals love to throw around the βRβ word when trying to bash Republicans. How many times during the debates did we have to hear Hillary try to paint Donald Trump as a racist bigot? Well guess who just got busted for using black slaves to work at her multi-million dollar estate, reminiscent of the time that Americaβs Founding Fathers had slaves, which liberals are always quick to demonize our country over???
In an excerpt from her book It Takes a Village, Hillary reveals that as a way to βkeep down costsβ at her Arkansas mansion back when dirty Bill was the governor, she and Bill forced black men who were serving time in prison to work the grounds WITHOUT compensation.
The following excerpt was posted to Twitter by an apparent Black Lives Matter and Bernie Sanders supporter, where many people, liberals alike, were completely outraged over the revelation of Hillary Clinton the slave driver/plantation owner.
Hereβs parts of the excerpt:
When we moved in, I was told that using prison labor at the governorβs mansion was a longstanding tradition, which kept down costs, and I was assured that the inmates were carefully screened. I was also told the onetime murders were far the preferred security risks. The crimes of the convicted murderers who worked at the governorβs mansion usually involved a disagreement with someone they knew, often another young man in the neighborhoodβ¦
I saw and learned a lot as I got to know them better. We enforced rules strictly and sent back to prison any inmate who broke a rule. I discovered as I had been told I would, that we had far fewer disciplinary problems with inmates who were in for murder than with those who had committed property crimes. In fact, over the years we lived there, we became friendly with a few of them, African-American men in their thirties who had already served twelve to eighteen years of their sentences.
Even liberal rag Newsweek couldnβt help but notice the outraged that ensued:
Twitter users have reacted with surprise and fury over excerpts from Hillary Clintonβs 1996 book It Takes A Village. On June 6, Jeanette Jing, an activist with over 33,000 followers on Twitter who supports Clintonβs Democratic opponent Sen. Bernie Sanders, shared two pages of the work in which Clinton reminisces about the black prisoners who worked in the Arkansas governorβs mansion she shared with her husband, Bill Clinton, who led the state from 1979 to 1981 and 1983 to 1992.
βWhen we moved in, I was told that using prison labor at the governorβs mansion was a longstanding tradition, which kept down costs,β Clinton writes. She adds that most of the workers were convicted murderers and she became friendly with βa few of them, African-American men in their thirties who had already served 12 to 18 years of their sentences. Visiting criminals in jail βwas not the same as encountering a convicted murderer in the kitchen every morning,β she went on to explain.
βHillary Clinton kept black slaves to work at her Arkansas mansion.β Doesnβt look like a headline that will be garnering the support of the black community anytime soon. With rumors swirling that Hillary is making a move for the White House again in the year 2020, it will be fun to watch her chances go down in flames as Iβm sure this little factoid will have black Democrats up in arms. Hillary has tried desperately for years to gain the support of blacks, where she did numerous rallies across America at black churches during the presidential election. Sheβs been infamous for putting on her best Ebonics dialect for years. Hereβs one of her most famous speeches from back in 2010 where she spent her entire speech trying to sound like a black southerner.
What a freaking joke this woman is. She is the epitome of a racist for forcing black slave labor on her plantation.

Since the election of Donald Trump in November, liberals have been twisting a complex tale about Russian collusion to steal the election. As the story goes, Trump had business ties to Russia. Those ties were so deep that Russia was either willing to, or bullied him into, colluding with them to win him the election.
Of course, thereβs just one problem with this storyβ¦ thereβs no proof. After months of speculating, leaking, and media hysteria, nobody can prove that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians. From the beginning, the βinvestigationβ has been a giant dead end.
The truth is that liberals will never find the link between Russia and the Trump campaign, but that doesnβt mean there are no links to Russia at all. In fact, a new video points out that there were plenty of links to Russia during the 2016 campaign, just not from where liberals expect.
Who received $35 million from a Russian investment fund started by Vladimir Putin? Not Trump, but Clinton campaign chair John Podesta.
Who received $500,000 from a company linked to Russian intelligence agencies to give a speech in Moscow? Not Trump, but Bill Clinton.
Who facilitated the sale of 20 percent of Americaβs uranium to the Russians? Not Trump, but Hillary Clinton.
Who received $145 million from a Russian uranium company? Not Trump, but the Clinton Foundation.
Who received millions of dollars in donations from Russian oligarchs? Not Trump, but the Clinton Foundation.
While congressional Democrats and the media desperately try to connect Russia and Trump, the Clinton connection to Russia has been completely ignored. Why? Because these inconvenient facts donβt help the liberal narrative.
Of course, the truth of the matter is that this is one big political charade. Itβs an attempt to excuse their shocking defeat and discredit a new president. Democrats arenβt really concerned about Russian influence in American politics. If they were, theyβd be equally as interested in whether or not Clinton was colluding with the Russians.
So while Democrats foam at the mouth in anticipation for the testimony of former FBI Director James Comey, the facts continue to get in the way of their story. When Comey takes the stand tomorrow, heβll offer liberals yet another dead end. Maybe theyβd have more luck investigating Clinton instead.
