Trump has Secret Service, the Secretary of the Army and Army Corps of Engineers documenting that the structure is integrated into White House security… hardened protection for underground military facilities, reinforced shielding, counter-drone capability and a secure presidential event space…

Standing against it is an organized legal machine… the National Trust using one of its own trustees to establish standing, Obama’s former White House Counsel on the legal team, with CREW, Campaign Legal Center, ACLU D.C. and congressional Democrats joining the fight…

They are defending an approval architecture that forces presidential action through Congress, agencies, commissions and courts…a major executive powers control measure…

Trump is challenging the architecture itself…

That is why this fight is happening… and why SCOTUS will decide how much of that gatekeeping structure survives…

This action follows his unauthorized disclosure of classified information regarding Air Force One’s capabilities to a media outlet.

Safeguarding classified information is a non-negotiable duty. Those who violate that trust forfeit the privilege of access and any role requiring it.
