Putin is taking part in a Q&A meeting with children at the Sirius education center in Sochi. Sirius was established on the Russian president’s initiative in 2015 by the Talent and Success Foundation. It was designed for gifted children with skills in the arts, science, and sports, making use of facilities that were originally built for the Sochi Olympics.
