This has to be one of the most shameful police state stories I’ve seen in a while…. While this doesn’t deal with the use of excessive force, it deals with permanent, traumatic damage to a 5 year old girl, all because she wanted to make some coin selling lemonades on the side of the road. There truly is a piece of humanity that’s been lost that can never be recovered… the rest isn’t far behind…. UGH!
