Aerial footage shot in Santa Rosa, California on Tuesday showed the extent of damage after wildfires ravaged the area for the second day in a row.
Fifteen separate wildfires raged in Northern California, killing at least 17 people amid 122,000 acres of affected land, prompting a state of emergency. At least seven people died in Santa Rosa alone.
