1. Things seem to be slow, but in truth are going fast.

2. Look for a break in the banking system.

3. Don’t be surprised that at the same time of the RV we will have international conflict in Korea, problems in Iraq, terrorism, chaos and panic worldwide.

4. Private groups are a fraud. (You must exchange your currency yourself.)

5. There are signs of a breakthrough in the Iraq Referendum. Iraq is going to revalue as two separate countries (Iraq and Kurdistan).

6. They are working to raise the value of the oil.

7. They have signed documents on what will be the rates for the RV.

8. The Dinar will go international when the price of oil reaches what has already been decided (when it reaches a certain figure of $3 + on the market).

ZAP:

1. Currency exchange funds will be forthcoming this week.

2. This week we received our marching orders, are now locked in and have a schedule.

3. The first infrastructure funds will come in front of the project funds of course. They will arrive in the next days.

4. Documentation confirms the project funds will be arriving in the next short while – a couple of weeks, more or less.

5. Susan: If the sign off truly occurred early Friday morning Oct. 20, we should have some significant movement with the Exchanges and Prosperity Programs very shortly.

6. Poof: The nibbles around the edges continues to grow and the ways of the willy ones are continuing to eat up a lot of time and to keep the brass band from playing the victory anthem. But that doesn’t mean that it isn’t being practiced in the background. There are many working overtime to get this thing over the obstacle walls but there have been far more than you want to think. Just be still and listen to the stillness.
