The Health Ranger Yin & Yang Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 avocado

1/2 tbs of HRS organic coconut oil (http://ift.tt/2ll72Dy)
1/3 cup milk of choice

1 cup frozen mango
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 avocado
1/3 cup milk of choice

Toppings:
HRS organic Goji berries (http://ift.tt/2nNePcO)
HRS organic Chia seeds (http://ift.tt/2zlSv0h)
Berries & Banana

Instructions:
1. Blend group 1 ingredients together and set aside.
2. Blend group 2 ingredients and set aside.
3. Slowly pour the smoothie into the bowl, one side at a time.
4. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
